Probably Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Its fun kino and would probably give me the will to stay out of trouble so I can get out and enjoy some good food.

Literally whatever any other inmate is currently watching and make no attempt to change the channel whatsoever.

If you change the channel of a show someone is watching it's considered disrespect and they have to fight you. You can ask and if they say no then you are watching what they are watching unless you want to risk your life to watch American Pickers.

So it's just like a bunch of kids in front of a TV but there's shanking involved.

There is no way the powers that be don't sneak dose estrogen in inmate water supply. World is too gay for that not to be a reality. Who would stop it?

Low IQ post. Most blue collar criminals already have naturally high estrogen. It's causes impulsive behavior. And basketball Americans are drowning in it.

in the county jails I've been to on a communal TV you obvioulsy don't have a choice. it's just set on this news channel that's really mellow and doesn't have any polarizing shit, it's mostly just sports highlights and feel good stories.

I have a buddy that did some time in US federal for some border shit.
He said there were three TV rooms: White, Black & Hispanic. Miscellaneous went to the White room.
He eventually put the White tv room on a schedule to stop fights. Popular stuff got prime time slots but even one guy could get his niche interest on off-hours. One guy had 5am-6am Sunday to watch golf, for example.
Felt compelled to tell the story seeing the thread.

Do prisoners like the idea of watching things about prisoners while in prison? I think it'd be kinda meta but it could hit too close to home. Maybe watch "O Brother, Where Art Thou."

I watched the show where people voluntarily go to jail 60 days in or something when I went to jail for a month from false allegations. Very entertaining to watch in a jail with no black people. It wasn't bad except the one gay meth addict who wanted people to call his girlfriend and harass her.
