If you do it all day long for weeks on end it can cause a vitamin b deficiency and longer term nerve damage. You'd need to be doing it all the time like smoking cigarettes though. There aren't really any real cases of this, not recently anyway.
You could easily mitigate the bad effects with a good diet and supplements, if you really wanted to. Doing nitrous all day long wouldn't be fun, there's a reason whip it fiends aren't robbing and hustling with the crack and heroin users.
I'm not trying to sell you on nitrous, in my experience it was only really fun to do while on psychedelics or mdma. Even then the experience was played out after 2-3 balloons.

Im a massive fan of early MDE and WP is one of my favorite comedy shows. Im hesitant to be too excited for WP2. Sam's content has been hit or miss and his new crew isnt that funny. The fact that the original trio is working together gives me hope but they've all matured and im far from sure that the same chemistry that made WP so good will be there. Its crazy that at this point, Nick’s streams are the most consistently funny thing theyre uploading. Also, im not shitting on Jet, Fishtank was a ton of fun and the threads here were great. Im just not sure how incorporating the entire group into sketches will work. Sam, Nick and Charles are at their best alone or when theyre tormenting unsuspecting actors. Im a massive fan of early MDE and WP is one of my favorite comedy shows. Im hesitant to be too excited for WP2. Sam's content has been hit or miss and his new crew isnt that funny. The fact that the original trio is working together gives me hope but they've all matured and im far from sure that the same chemistry that made WP so good will be there. Its crazy that at this point, Nick’s streams are the most consistently funny thing theyre uploading. Also, im not shitting on Jet, Fishtank was a ton of fun and the threads here were great. Im just not sure how incorporating the entire group into sketches will work. Sam, Nick and Charles are at their best alone or when theyre tormenting unsuspecting actors. However it goes, I wish all of MDE the best because theyre a beacon of light in a sanitized comedy world and almost every funny comedian ive found has acknowledged their greatness
