are you going to pretend to be a spongebob storyboard artist again?
No I just want to know what he did between leaving SpongeBob and dying
He was a marine biology before doing Spongebob numbnuts
He probably just went back to that
Damn, it’s weird he just left animation after that
No weirder than leaving marine biology to make children's cartoons
I mean Brian May became and Astrophysicist after Queen
>Damn, it’s weird he just left animation after that
Not really, lots of people love working in the field rather than a lab/officer or god forbid teaching/lecturing. But getting funding to work out in the field is rather hard.
I mean with all the bank he made off spongbob I imagine he's be able to personally fund autism projects as well as getting funding what with his name. So frick around on a boat, scuba search for shit do surveys maybe make an educational documentary to upload on youtube. Help fund/promote young biologists that can't get funding for their research/projects because writing grants is fricking bullshit and getting money for research is also bullshit and a scam unless you know the right people and know "how to act".
Think about how gay being a marine biologist must be if only less than 5% of your time is spent in the field and 90% of that time is being forced to manage people.
Tons of people just want to frick off and do legit research in the field without being in a lab or doing gay ass paperwork or worse of all dealing with academia and the flaming egotistical homosexuals trying to sabotage your work by sucking up funding.
Academia is cringe and most the people in academia you want to kill. Imagine you just wanna chill in a boat and study animals, yet some Black person is ruining that for you taking up all the funding and getting all the glamor over his studip research project which is not only worthless nothing new or nothing even all that exciting. Because said dude is friends with all the right people and sucks a mean dick. Dude is a premadona b***h that demands more money more researchers to help him (IE be his literal Black folk) more space more everything. Dude gets to be his own little Hitler with a massive group of underlings. Yet none of his research should be getting this much recognition and funding. But he does because everything is a popularity contest. It aint about heckin science research knowledge etc etc.
He died
Yes, but AFTER that
I thought he died while still working on the show.
He did, but OP just wants to know if he produced other things after 2004.
he did as spongebob's pal danny once said
"IM GOING GHOST"
Frick off schizo
He started rotting in a burial cloth and casket (or maybe he got burnt to ash or thrown to sea, idk).
he turned into SpongeBob and went the 4th dimension where SpongeBob is really real and the corpse in the box is just a shadow clone. Open the box and you'll find it's empty with a note saying "you shouldn't be reading this" as the legend goes you'll get sent to the 4th dimension and get your ass kicked by the bikini bottomites.
>gets warped to the Krusty Krab bathroom
>"AND NOW FOR THE CHASER!"
Zoomers actually think Spongebob is funnier than vintage Simpsons.
what the frick are you talking about, schizo?
He was in negotiations for doing Rob Zombies Haunted World of El Superbeasto before Zombie decided to direct it himself and settle with Mr. Lawrence doing the storyboards
>Creates greatest cartoon ever
>Doesn't elaborate
>Leaves

Enjoy his massive stacks of money and free time I imagine
>In 2002, Hillenburg halted production of the show after the third season was completed to focus on the making of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie which was released in 2004.
>"I don't want to try and do a movie and the series at the same time. We have 60 episodes and that is probably as many as [Nickelodeon] really needs. It is a standard number for a show like this. I have done a little research and people say it is just crazy doing a series and movie at the same time. I would rather concentrate on doing a good job on the movie," he noted.
>In 2003, during the production of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie, his mentor Jules Engel died at the age of 94,Hillenburg dedicated the film to his memory.
>After completing the film, Hillenburg wanted to end the series "so [it] wouldn't jump the shark.
>"We're working on episodes 40 through 60 right now, and I always looked at that as a typical run for an animated show. [The Ren & Stimpy Show] lasted about that long, for example. And I thought now was a good time to step aside and look at a different project. I personally think it's good not to go to the point where people don't want to see your show anymore," Hillenburg said in 2002.
>However, Nickelodeon wanted to produce more episodes: "The show was such a cash cow for the station that it couldn't afford not to," storyboard director Sam Henderson observed.
Sad
Sometimes I wonder what he would've been capable of if he kept working on the industry, but given that people like Butch Hartman exists who shit out cartoon after cartoon and wash up pretty quickly, maybe it's for the best to leave that question unanswered.
If I were set for life, I'd just frick off and work on my hobbies.
This is not about you.
Yes it is.
No it isn't, Gary
Pretty sure at some point he helped pitch a show to Cartoon Network that didn't get picked up. It was about a space crew made up of dogs or something similar.
The pilot is out there somewhere.
