What do cartoon creators like Rebecca Sugar and Noelle Stevenson have against the so called "toxic masculinity"? I mean, how do they expect men to act like?
Something else I was wondering about is their relationship. Do they know each other well? Do they get along? The She-Ra reboot felt like it was heavily influnced by Steven Universe.
Did Noelle have LGBT characters in her other works and such?

if all the women in the world disappeared, would all the guys be nice to each other? If it was just a society of equally paid men with the same ethnicity, would there be no conflict whatsoever? No, because there's plenty of other opportunities for prejudice and peer pressure to arise, aka toxic behavior.

That's a dumb take. Women are buttholes. Men are less buttholes. Humans overall are buttholes. That is not toxic behavior.

The reason why those two go against the "toxic masculinity" is they don't understand what masculinity is. To them masculinity is being Biff from Back to the Future. But that is not toxic masculinity, that is just being an butthole. He is a villain. Now by making their characters feminine, they believe that is taking the idea of being masculine into a new light. When in actuality it makes people turn off to their characters. Make Steven and the crew cry so much is a turn off for people who want to be protected. Masculinity is to represent strength and courage. Femininity and crying is more of a state of weakness and need of saving. And a good example of this is John Rambo. They probably only know John Rambo's masculine trait from the sequel. Sure it was a fun movie, but if they watched the first one, he was a soldier having trouble trying to fit in due to being in war for so long. But the problem for those two is that they want to push the concept of emotion over action. And have a true masculine character is you need to find a balance between the two. But all Sugar and Noelle want to do is make Fujoshi characters a replacement for masculinity.

For the sake of argument, let's say this true: Humans overall are assailed.

Why let it continue that way? Why can't we strive for a less butthole world?

you're replying to an angry 12 year old boy. He doesn't know what it is to be an adult, let alone a man. He's no responsibility in his little life, let alone masculinity. He wouldn't know either even with a diagram.

Because that is not how life works. People are still gonna have thought for themselves. And if I disagree and say something like "Toxic feminity is more dangerous than Toxic Masculinty" in a respectful manner, wouldn't that make me more of an butthole? Unless you want a world like the game We Happy Few, then it's not gonna happen.

Feminine characters can also be evil. Have they never heard of the "sissy villain"?

But how many sissy villains are there? Not to many. And also they end up getting a redemption arc for being a sissy villain as well.

Men should act like compassionate, sensible people. Toxic masculinity is just the toxic side of overall masculinity, and is a result of social expectations and childhood indoctrination of young boys.
Such behaviours include telling boys to "man up", hitting them when they cry, telling them their feelings and thoughts don't matter, encouraging violence as a solution, shaming gay boys, and expecting them to work for their entire lives until their bodies are ruined.

Positive masculinity include defending the defenseless, taking responsibility for situations you can improve, negotiation and finding middle ground on problems, solving problems before they begin, and stopping hate before it begins. Only a scared, fragile manchild would do the opposite.

      >violence as a solution
I hate to say it, but violence is a solution. If society reaches a Demolition Man level of peace and pacifism, the first person to relearn violence will be the next ruler of humanity. Justly exercised violence is sometimes the only possible response to a situation. It's the same way teaching your child not to hit bullies back just teaches learned helplessness.

The way it should have phrased was : "violence is a last resort to ending violence, not a first response to inconvenience. If someone uses violence against you first, you can use it in return, not before."

I’m sorry, but I don’t want to be an emperor. That’s not my business. I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone - if possible - israelite, Gentile - black man - white. We all want to help one another. Human beings are like that. We want to live by each other’s happiness - not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone. And the good earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful, but we have lost the way.

Greed has poisoned men’s souls, has barricaded the world with hate, has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed, but we have shut ourselves in. Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical. Our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little. More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost…

The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men - cries out for universal brotherhood - for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world - millions of despairing men, women, and little children - victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.
To those who can hear me, I say - do not despair. The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed - the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish…

Soldiers! don’t give yourselves to brutes - men who despise you - enslave you - who regiment your lives - tell you what to do - what to think and what to feel! Who drill you - diet you - treat you like cattle, use you as cannon fodder. Don’t give yourselves to these unnatural men - machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle! You are men! You have the love of humanity in your hearts! You don’t hate! Only the unloved hate - the unloved and the unnatural! Soldiers! Don’t fight for slavery! Fight for liberty!

In the 17th Chapter of St Luke it is written: “the Kingdom of God is within man” - not one man nor a group of men, but in all men! In you! You, the people have the power - the power to create machines. The power to create happiness! You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure.

Then - in the name of democracy - let us use that power - let us all unite. Let us fight for a new world - a decent world that will give men a chance to work - that will give youth a future and old age a security. By the promise of these things, brutes have risen to power. But they lie! They do not fulfil that promise. They never will!

Dictators free themselves but they enslave the people! Now let us fight to fulfil that promise! Let us fight to free the world - to do away with national barriers - to do away with greed, with hate and intolerance. Let us fight for a world of reason, a world where science and progress will lead to all men’s happiness. Soldiers! in the name of democracy, let us all unite!

They are hypocritical narcissists who can't realize that toxic femininity is a very real thing.
