during the 80's they were really bad but over the years they've been decent because of the material, but you could almost always tell they're fake if the woman has chosen a ridiculous size. and scarring can depend on the woman and/or how good the surgeon is

It’s all psychological. A girl who gets them to me just indicates slightly more than every other girl out there that she’s willing to put the work in to be your frick toy. They’re not as good as natural breasts at all, but I dated a girl with wildly large fake breasts and she was a pure porn tier bawd. The first ones to shave were the ones from the 50s and 60s because they weren't allowed to show bush and by shaving it off you could reveal more skin without actually showing anything. Then the Pubic Wars between Penthouse, Playboy and Hustler started around 1969 and things became more risque. The full bush continued up until the '90s where it started becoming more trimmed and then once it went full bald it started going back to bush again. Pubic hair style is cyclical.
