I hope playable Venom is saved for a spin-off game like Miles got instead of just cramming him into this one. Let's Eddie stand out on his own. I also hope they save Green Goblin for the third game, because I think there's enough going on with Venom and Kraven so far. Wouldn't mind seeing lesser known crooks get side missions too. But what I'd really like is to see some new footage/info soon. When might they show it? It's been a while

We have Harry and the symbiote in a tube, which from the looks of it the creature doesn't even want to be near him. There's no bonding, almost looking like it's trying to get out. This may be due to Harry's medical condition, and the alien dubbing him a bad host. In fact with the nature of Harry and Kraven being in this game, we have even more reason to believe Norman hired Kravenoff to retrieve the alien after it inevitably escapes because Harry's condition is worsening without it. Harry's likely death could also further send Norman off the deep end into being The Green Goblin thus setting up a third game.
I took it as a hand reaching out to Norman implying that the symbiot shares Harry’s feelings of love towards his father. I also think the kraven plot is going to be norman hiring him to capture A spider-man in order to see if a transfusion could help Harry, it’s a decent way to establish a connection between the symbiot and pete.

I never played the miles game anon, I dislike the character and refuse to support bendis as a writer, hence why I’m not buying the new game. I’m just going by the information I have, if they’re really just making venom an alien then there really isn’t anything to look forward to in the new game. As bad as ultimate was at least the story they laid out in the game gave Harry having a man made symbiot makes sense, and would give him his own place in the story, just making it an alien means they’re probably gonna ditch Harry in a fake out for Eddie in a vain attempt to establish THAT game franchise, and their really isn’t much to get excited over that. Harry is a more interesting character than Eddie is in the plain sense that he was always a character and it took Eddie a solid 5 years to get to that point

I think the physic stunk. The fast way to swing was to stick right at the bottom of the arc once speed was build up. It clearly force your character forward unnaturally on release. No skill to learning it.

I'd want the wall combat from web of shadows as well. I know people find that cumbersome and not deep but damn it, he's the WALL CRAWLER and I want some cool mechanics tied to it. Oh and yeah a fight with Chameleon where you have to use your Spider-sense like detective vision or some other cool way to see who is the Chameleon would be cool. But detective vision sucks sometimes but I don't know how else you'd do it. And man, Venom needs to retain his menace with him tracking Peter across the city on some mission where you need to shake him off your trail while getting back to an area where you fight him. Though Kraven kinda has that schtick with him being a hunter and all. I still feel like the boss fights will be watered down like the first game. Just wishful thinking I guess.
