Car chase and train were great.
Action combat and shooting was lame as frick.
Villain is lame.
Hated that it was designed as a part 1 of 2.
Camera work was annoying and claustrophobic.
French asian girl was cute as frick.
Overall it was fun.
I don't know how those films end but they accomplish the mission they get set at the start of the film so it's not a cliffhanger (except in the sense that it ends with a train hanging off a bridge).
Too many characters. Killed off the best one and replaced with the wal mart version. Bad guys weapon and plot made zero frickin sense.
Won't be seeing part two in the theater. Sorry Tommy.
Haven't really watched all of the MI's, but the weapons dealer and the Asian girl were hot and the best parts of the movie. The sequence at the airport was okay, but the train took an eternity to get through. 5/10
Unfortunately nowhere near as good as Fallout. The AI enemy is not very strong (guess we'll have to see in part 2). Pissed they killed Ilsa. Plot points weren't very coherent. Very Mid.
They do have a lot of characters in it making me think that Paramount begged Cruise to give them some hopes for extending the franchise past Ethan Hunt.
>OMG I CANT THE THING >JUST DO IT BENJI >SLIDEWHISTLE >321 COUNTDOWN >SAVED AT LAST MINUTE >DRUM FILL
it's been exhausting since the first movie this smug twerp showed up
he has zero charisma and ruins every scene he's in
same goes for the fat nig who literally is always sitting down in every scene
Mid. Fallout was way better especially wrt the stunts. Only mildly impressive scene in DR is the final train sequence and they honestly spent way too much time building up to it, especially since you see the best part in all the promotional material anyways. Storywise it was absolutely moronic too.
Boomerslop
Incohherent mess. Basically stunt scenes connected with paper thin made up plot.
>made up plot
>made up
>cinematic non-fiction film has made up plot
ya don't say?
I mean made up based on stunt seqences only. It's like they planned several cool stunts, filmed them and then asked someone to write a script.

worst MI since 2
dubs of truth
You anons sound moronic.
It was easily Cruise's best MI film since the first one. Frick off!
Fallout was the best since the first one.
4 is the best one howeverwhichway
That would be 3.
agreed
Didn’t watch because I heard it had a Dune/Across the Spiderverse ending.

AND THEY FRICKING COULD HAVE IF THEY DIDN'T KILL ILSA
GOD DAMN I AM SO FRICKING MAD
ILSA FAUST COULD EASILY CARRY HER OWN ACTION THRILLER, FRICK
worst Tom Cruise movie ever even with great stunt action its total nonsense and massive nosedive after Fallout
>we have to go analog
Dead Reckoning was bad but you cannot possibly have this opinion.
It's wienertail. That's the worst one.
Movie of the summer
Why the frick were there so many " funny " scenes ? In the airport, the whole car chase, everywhere, in the train... all the time
Mate, it's Mission Impossible. They're all funny (at least all the McQuarrie ones are).
>They're all funny
>it's another simon peg being a flustered homosexual for 15 minutes straight scene again

Vanessa Kirby is not an attractive woman.
Hayley Atwell on the other hand...
Wrong. All four of the female characters in this are equally attractive.
Stop gaslighting me.
Just laying out the truth, is all.
>Vanessa Kirby is not an attractive woman.
thanks for the upvotes fellow homosexuals

i want to go see it again but i'm so busy
THE ENTITY
what a stupid fricking concept
better repeat it every 45 seconds
Saw it two times, worse than Fallout but still very good
Rebecca > Pom > Hayley > Vanessa
Fallout is the best.
