I've seen it like half a dozen times when I was little
I remember the 101th dalmatian born not breathing but at the last moment it wakes up in a towel or something
isn't that in the movie?
You were probably too young to get it
The remainder are the puppies Cruella already gathered to make her coat from. When they bust their kids out they take the rest too

She bought them. The movie ends with the Darlings unknowingly stealing her runaway dogs, while she gets in a traffic accident.
This scene is in the movie though. Just number 15 not number 101. Also if they had 101 puppies that would make the movie 103 Dalmatians since Pongo and Perdita are counted
That's what made it kind of a groundbreaking movie: it was the first Disney production (maybe even film) to Xerox-copy animation. All those shots with the dozens of puppies would've taken much longer to make otherwise.

Is that the case with 101 Dalmatian Street too? I'm only familiar with all the other versions of the story. I know that Pongo's litter only had 15 puppies, and all the other puppies were adopted. What's the deal with the 101 Dalmatian Street dogs? Are they all adopted siblings or what?
As far as I can tell Delilah had Dylan and probably Dawkins while Doug had Dolly before they met each other. After they got together they had, most likely, all the rest of the main named Dalmatians in the cast biologically. The unnamed Dalmatians that you mostly see as a blur running around the house are probably the adopted ones.

Do you think if 101 Dalmatian Street had gone on formore seasons (hey, maybe there's still a chance if we just hope n cope hard enough) they would've "pulled" more named siblings from the previously unnamed puppy crowd?
Technically they were all named in a song but they probably could have fleshed out some of them. Some of the ones we already had needed more screen time, though
Haven’t seen much of the franchise beyond the first movie. Do they ever get telekinetic powers and team up with aliens to temporarily conquer humanity like in the book?
I don't know why exactly but I find the 101DS siblings much more likable and three dimensional than the Loud House siblings, even if they all have a gimmick
>Talking dogs who live in a house by themselves with no human owner with a variety of gadgets they invented themselves is more realistic
The fricked up thing is I actually agree with you
Obviously I was referring to their personalities and relationships. As silly as they are Dylan and Dolly behave and interact with each other like a lot of siblings really do.
In the loud house, the interactions feel very scripted and artificial, as if the characters themselves are just tools to get the plot going. The family bond in 101 ds just feel more organic, with a lot of scenes that doesn't "need" to be there but serve to deepen the personalities of the characters.
>we never got a loosely adapted sequel about the Dalmatians foiling a plot by a human-hating dog supremacist to spark WW3 and scare the dogs into abandoning their humans, flooding the planet with a gas that puts humans to sleep while lowering the pressure enough for dogs to jump high enough to seem like they’re flying
It could have gone hard

>B plot is that Cruella, through years of exposure to the mixture of cigarette smoke and her perfume, is immune to the gas and spends the movie chasing the Dalmatians like she’s Team Rocket >ends with her being strapped to a rocket that is aimed at destroying the main gas distribution machine and everyone jubilant at both problems resolved in the fiery explosion
It would have been gold
Is this the sequel or a synopsis of the sequel? Because it’s 3 pages with like less than like 30 sentences and still manages to have a spelling error that the editor never caught
Sometimes I wonder about the intelligence of Cinemaphile users
You thought the actual sequel might contain the words 'I am reading this to my 7 year old daughter' just right there in the text?

>wow, you thought this was the sequel?! Are you stupid? >so it’s not a story about dogs being able to fly and communicate telepathically and an angel dog named Sirius warning everyone about world war 3? >psh, no! Obviously that’s all real, dummy. But you thought the aside about reading the story to their kid was real?
Right, anon. It was so obvious. What was I thinking

Yeah. It was extremely obvious. And the question was whether that was a summary or the actual text of the sequel, so the absurdity of the plot is immaterial
It was incredibly moronic

The absurdity of the plot is absolutely relevant because if you told me >the sequel to the original book (which you only just found out existed from this thread and was the basis of the movie) is a story about flying telepathic dogs, angel dogs and WW3
And then told me >it’s 3 pages long with some incoherent shit thrown in
I don’t think I’d outright reject the second statement as impossible if the first was true

The movie came out 60 years ago
A zoomer would be thinking >Cruella, Disney’s girl Joker, was a villain from a movie from the 60s!?
I think it might be possible to adapt it, but only if they end the story with "it was all just a dream".
It's a bizarre book, but it's not all bad. There are some parts I liked about it. The summary earlier ITT neglects to mention for example a scene where the dogs suspect that Cruella is behind whatever's going on. They go visit her place but discover that she's asleep in her bed, just like all the other humans. Some of the dogs still feel vengeful about her puppy-fur-coat scheme, so they consider killing her right then and there. I found that scene pretty interesting.

It’s got a certain charm to the flow dialogue/words. Like dry British humor where it can say something absurd so matter-of-factly and move on without expanding on it.
just watched ep23. 3 episodes remain, and then there's quite possibly no more til the end of days. that frightens me.
but hey, maid Dolly is cute and Clarissa got dunked on twice
>Dylan and Dolly REALLY want to know who the cuter one is! Dolly seems to be very sure that she wins that price easily, but Dylan is visibly annoyed by her bragging and, well, the fact that she posted a smeared photo of him x).
Now they are betting for real! Whoever wins, will be the other one's servant for the day!
And I will make a drawing of that outcome 😀
So if you want to have an impact on the outcome, make sure to vote under this tweet! You have 5 days left!
>The poll about the question, on which pup between Dylan and Dolly, is over!
And the winner IS................ DYLAN!
Congratulations Dylan! 😀 You won despite this rather... “ugly” photo of yours. That is an achievement!
Just please be chilled when showing the results to Dolly, okay? Don't be too conceited in front of her.
>Dylan are you serious? Even giving her this old maiden outfit? You know that she hates fancy dresses.
Didn't I tell you to not make this too horrible for Dolly?
Well you do you I guess, she is at your service for the day after all...
>Dolly doesn't seem to be very happy with the poll result. But she knows that a promise Is a promise, and so; will follow Dylans lead for the day. >(But she won't pretend to be happy about that ;3 )

But it's not like, she didn't already pull him before… on skates even!
>Now, she has been pushing him on the swing for quite some time now. >Suddenly, Dylan orders hers, in a strict tone, to stop. >When Dolly brings the swing to a halt. the "snoot pointing down" look in the show is always top cute
modern sound ai, such as the ones that take existing speech and convert it to another voice, can be used for some amazing stuff. not only covers, even original songs.
those who aren't allergic to pastel equines will know

The 90's show was made as a tie-in for the movie, I guess they thought it would be more marketable for an american audience. It's their own unique conrunty, the first episodes are basically their own version of the classic story. As for characters, the main ones are Lucky, Cadpig and Rolly, Patch appears but in really minor roles because he was originally going to be part of the main cast but was cut.
Ok, thanks. I never watched remake and didn’t know it’s inspired tv show.
I always troughit’s just like “High School Hercules”, a random idea for setting.

Movie Patch and TV Lucky have similar personalities so that might be the confusion
Someone made a webcomic that is meant to take place after the one and only season of Dalmatian Street. The art is a little bit rough at first but it gets better as it goes along.
Since we're shilling stuffs, if you want a dylan x dolly fanfic that's actually well written and in character, this one's for you. https://m.fanfiction.net/s/13595511/1/Summer-s-End
The shipping part only start halfway through and the build up is very natural. It also explore what their lives was when they started living together.
Personally, I like the ambiguity of the ending. It's okay if they don't necessarily end up together. The wholesomeness of this story is very refreshing, especially for this kind of pairing that generally only get fetish content.
I have a relative with one. It's a smart dog but is very energetic and gets bored easy. If you don't give him attention or something to do he will get into shit trying to make fun.
I had one in the past. It was an extremely affectionate dog that got very excited whenever it greeted either its owners or any strangers. The dog was strong and energetic. When its tail was wagging, it would hurt you like a whip if it happened to hit your leg.
The dog required a lot of walking. It enjoyed running and seemingly never got tired. Only old age started to slow it down.
The dog learned basic tricks but nothing too special. Sometimes it felt mischievous/stubborn and didn't bother to obey your commands. I've never seen any dalmatian in general excel at any activities where the dog needs to be smart enough to learn commands and biddable enough to obey them. Border collies, German shepherds and Labradors are better for that stuff, while dalmatians have a reputation of being fun-loving clowns.
If you're thinking of getting a dalmatian, I recommend not to do so unless you have previous experience with high-energy dog breeds. I loved the dalmatian I had and I've been wanting to get another one, but it sounds like current generations of these dogs might be fricked up by bad breeders. I've heard a number of anecdotes about dalmatians with an aggressive temperament. The breed's also known for some health issues (deafness, urinary tract problems).
I think in part because back then they used to rerun the movie in theaters since home video wasn't a thing and Disney didn't put their movies on TV. But even on their first release the movie was really popular so much that it saved animation studio from closing down.
That's a big reason why Gone With The Wind is still so high, it was in theaters for four years straight.
Sure but plenty of other very important and successful movies you'd probably think did better than 101 Dalmatians are nowhere near the top 50. It was a massive success
For sure, not downplaying that, it's an accomplishment to be that successful even with reruns, there's a reason for why even to this day the property gets new material, like it's one of the few Disney animated movies that's a proper sub-franchise.
Could a single b***h even give birth to 99 puppies?
Like is it even physically possible? Obviously not in one birth but I mean over the course of her life
It's possible if she's owned by a backyard breeder or a puppy mill.
It's recommended that female dogs should have at maximum about 3-6 litters during their entire lifetime. They should not be used for breeding after they're older than 8 years. A good breeder would plan each litter carefully, and they'd let the dog rest well between the litters. But an irresponsible breeder would try to crank out as many litters as possible.
Hypothetically one dog can have about 3 litters in a year, and one litter has 5-6 puppies on average, and the b***h might be able to get pregnant even when she's 12 years or older. But operating like that would be pushing the poor animal to its limits. The puppies would most likely suffer from medical and behavioral problems.
Some specific breeds are famous for huge litter sizes. Like some instances of over 20 puppies in one litter. With those breeds, you might just be able to reach 99 puppies even when you follow the guidelines of ethical breeding.
Dylan and Dolly are roughly the same age as each other but they were born from different mothers, Dylan from Delilah and Dolly from an unnamed dog Doug was with previously. But assuming Dalmatians rarely give birth to just one puppy (and if it’s not that unusual, then the answer is the same for Dorothy; she was just a litter of one), where are their siblings from the same litter?
Even if you say >well the unnamed other parent kept the others
why would Doug and Delilah only keep one?
The answer is they blend the dynamics of humans and dogs in this show and it’s not meant to be thought about too hard
No, they demonstrated their totally friendly Dalmatian king fu but her mom was too self conscious of her form so she fell back out of fear of embarrassing herself in front of them
it's nice to have a Cinemaphile thread once in a while so that there's less porn posting, more other images. though I admit I can't keep myself from saying lewdities here either
i used to wonder why the kibble machine has a firehose on it instead of another sort of tube, only now i realized that it makes sense because doug works at the fire department
Dogs definitely eat bugs. Also just imagine being able to hear all the bugs on the ground underneath you, or at least understand what they're saying with body language.
At some point I thought she gave birth to 101 dalmatians

Man, it's been decades since I saw the Disney movie, I forgot it actually removed a dalmation as it combined Missis and Perdita into one character.
Good choice, they'd probably be getting cancelled for how classist Missis is now otherwise
I still do from time to time. It really is a forgettable movie outside of Cruella’s antics.
Nah it's great. I love Sgt Tibbs
I still miss them. It's not fair.
disney was hack, they all have the same face
That's what made it kind of a groundbreaking movie: it was the first Disney production (maybe even film) to Xerox-copy animation. All those shots with the dozens of puppies would've taken much longer to make otherwise.
Don't make the thread weird.
This is a thread about cartoon dogs on Cinemaphile. It will always get weird.
Weird is relative. We've had plenty of good threads that aren't about incestous dog fricking.
Those threads always devolve into dog-fricking fantasies and I prefer incest over beastiality. also they're not biologically related or whatever

I will never forgive Disney for letting Dalmatian Street die so easily. They didn't even try to promote it when it came to Disney+ or anything.
The fact that it was cancelled before they even released it in the US at all is just baffling.
Not really, they saw that page one of a google search lead to e621 and decided to drop it.

Actually decent, probably the best DTV sequel
Patch's London Adventure was pretty good, which is a miracle for a direct to video Disney sequel
That legit was a passion project for the artists working on the film.
It's weird to me that it took until Dalmatian Street for more than a tiny handful of the 101 Dalmatians to get actual characterization
Dalmatian Street did a good job of giving us more different dalmatians, and thankfully all of the named ones were pretty good.

Link to song?
Well that wasn't totally awful.
Haven’t seen much of the franchise beyond the first movie. Do they ever get telekinetic powers and team up with aliens to temporarily conquer humanity like in the book?
Nope, the world is not ready for the Starlight Barking
Patch is a dumb ass, and I'm tired of pretending he's not.
Patch is best boy but he has autism
pls understand
he's kinda chubby
REGULAR WORDS, BUT A DOG GUY
I don't know why exactly but I find the 101DS siblings much more likable and three dimensional than the Loud House siblings, even if they all have a gimmick
Because they are actually likeable and more realistic.
>talking dogs is more realistic
>Talking dogs who live in a house by themselves with no human owner with a variety of gadgets they invented themselves is more realistic
The fricked up thing is I actually agree with you
Obviously I was referring to their personalities and relationships. As silly as they are Dylan and Dolly behave and interact with each other like a lot of siblings really do.
I know, I'm just busting your balls
>balls
BALL? BALL?!?
In the loud house, the interactions feel very scripted and artificial, as if the characters themselves are just tools to get the plot going. The family bond in 101 ds just feel more organic, with a lot of scenes that doesn't "need" to be there but serve to deepen the personalities of the characters.
You know what, you summed it up perfectly, thank you.
A little bump since the Peridot spammer is pushing shit off the board again.
I've been using this show to practice making webms. Anybody got a clip they want made?
The opening theme is great, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
There are people who don't like the opening?
Is the original book worth reading or nah?
There’s an original book?
It says so right at the beginning of an Dalmatians property.
An orginal book and a sequel made by the same author
Yeah, it's a lovely little book. I've read it more than once.
The sequel book is total madness, though.
What's the sequel like?
You wanna know? aight
>taken from Dodie Smith’s parents’ fridge
No wonder this didn't get a movie.
>we never got a loosely adapted sequel about the Dalmatians foiling a plot by a human-hating dog supremacist to spark WW3 and scare the dogs into abandoning their humans, flooding the planet with a gas that puts humans to sleep while lowering the pressure enough for dogs to jump high enough to seem like they’re flying
It could have gone hard
>B plot is that Cruella, through years of exposure to the mixture of cigarette smoke and her perfume, is immune to the gas and spends the movie chasing the Dalmatians like she’s Team Rocket
>ends with her being strapped to a rocket that is aimed at destroying the main gas distribution machine and everyone jubilant at both problems resolved in the fiery explosion
It would have been gold
Is this the sequel or a synopsis of the sequel? Because it’s 3 pages with like less than like 30 sentences and still manages to have a spelling error that the editor never caught
Synopsis, here's a page of the actual book
The absurdity of the plot is absolutely relevant because if you told me
>the sequel to the original book (which you only just found out existed from this thread and was the basis of the movie) is a story about flying telepathic dogs, angel dogs and WW3
And then told me
>it’s 3 pages long with some incoherent shit thrown in
I don’t think I’d outright reject the second statement as impossible if the first was true
>which you only just found out existed from this thread
Really??
Fricking brain fried zoomzooms I swear
The movie came out 60 years ago
A zoomer would be thinking
>Cruella, Disney’s girl Joker, was a villain from a movie from the 60s!?
>Right, anon. It was so obvious.
Yes, yes it was.
I see why they didn't make the sequel based off the book. That sounds legitimately insane.
Maybe in the future they will be crazy enough to do it.
Also, if you happened to like Cadpig in the 1990s cartoon, she gets some amount of character focus in Starlight Barking.
>Also, if you happened to like Cadpig in the 1990s cartoon
Literally no one.
She can be cute, there used to be a time when Cinemaphile really like her
It’s got a certain charm to the flow dialogue/words.
Too cute.
>(But she won't pretend to be happy about that ;3 )
>After Dolly (almost) willingly did the dishes.
>She proceeds to meet "the cutest pup" in the bathroom. She is presented with a sight of his smirking bro Dylan sitting in the tub waiting for her to give him a relaxing spa-like experience!
>Dolly already knew that he would use their bet for stuff like that, and so, her expression becomes even more grumpier than before.
>It also doesn't help that suddenly, Doug walks in with a camera in his paws, just so he could keep this sight in his memory forever!
>Poor Dolly :3
>As the day goes on, Dylan is giving her sister less and less house chores as tasks. Dolly is a bit confused about it… She thought that he would make her clean every single corner of the house a few dozen times, and humiliate her, But no. They have been just hanging around the last few hours outside.
>Well yes, Dylan told her to drag him through the park on her skateboard. But it's not like, she didn't already pull him before… on skates even!
>Now, she has been pushing him on the swing for quite some time now.
>Suddenly, Dylan orders hers, in a strict tone, to stop.
>When Dolly brings the swing to a halt. She looks nervously at him...
>But Dylan starts to laugh. and ask her with a wide grin;
>"Do you want to be on the swing too? Its super fun!"

>day's already over?
And this is all for now. The artist accepted me to shill his story in this thread. I hope you enjoy.
Bonus
That was weird, but thankfully just normal weird and not the worse kind of deviant art weird.
It's a weird premise with a wholesome twist. Dylan use the bet as an excuse to spend time with dolly and dolly start to enjoy it.
“ Hey Dylan why the long face? I thought you wanted to read a story with me! And I miss our cuddle sessions, but please! Keep me away from your crotch area” What did he mean by this
the "snoot pointing down" look in the show is always top cute
It could of had Paw Patrol levels of influence had Disney played the cards right
Paw Patrol gets that because its highly concentrated toddler crack, if dalmatians had such a reach disney wouldve definetly noted
It was too smart for that.
Being kino hurts sometimes
Not sure it could have had that much influence/cutural presence but it could have gotten a heck of a lot more than what we got
Sad
I don't think the world would have been interesting, but Cruella as a traveling villain like Maleficent would be nice.
I'm all for a good laugh at the jannies having to clean up a mess, but that Peridot spammer really needs to go.
Yeah it needed online co-op instead of just local co-op
True but tarzan had a nice jungle, i'm not sure dalmatians has any iconic setpieces
They could have at least gotten a minigame world or something. Would have been better than what they did with Atlantica
>Would have been better than what they did with Atlantica
Do not remind me of that..
AI Dolly cover of Sk8er boi
The future is bright
this guy has done a bunch, tell him and maybe he'll do it
I never knew ai could be soulful but here we are
modern sound ai, such as the ones that take existing speech and convert it to another voice, can be used for some amazing stuff. not only covers, even original songs.
those who aren't allergic to pastel equines will know
should've had crossovers with disney dogs
imagine Dolly meets Georgette and Peg.
>"not for my vanity but for humanity"
WHAT DID SHE MEANT BY THIS???
She’s prepping for the Big Happening City
I think 101 Dalmatians turned me into a furry.
Goth dogs
Moar
I wish Higgly still drew Dalmatians. She had the look down pat.
Agreed, and got the personalities right for everyone. But I can't blame someone for moving on from a dead show.
I guess, but she's still drawing Littlest Pet Shop characters
Why does Cinemaphile hate Cadpig?
I just don’t like her mutant ears
because her sister is hotter
No one likes fatties.
Are you SURE about that?
Their mouths are touching eww
I fail to see the issue
How the frick is a dog going to type on a keyboard?
Obviously not as quickly as a human with fingers but it’s not like a dog couldn’t if it were as smart as a human. Even if she would have to carefully use her nose and hit one key at a time
I lurked that site for a while, yeah it's full autism I think it was created by fans of the 90's show ages ago.
All the regulars have been posting for 15-20 years and must be in their 30s at least by now, it's bizarre. They don't seem to like each other very much too.
t. had an account when I was 10 years old back in 2006 and lost interest after a few months, recognize the same handful of users

Soul
That is a long fricking time to hang around the same forum. I don't know whether to be impressed or depressed
This is just way too sentimental. Dylan loves Dolly because they're siblings but he can't relate to her at all
Why can't I have a dog mom gf?
I want Delilah to be my mom
Do you think she would still be a good mother to a human child? Like a baby was left at her doorstep?
I think she would do her very best. That's more than you can say for many people
She would be smart enough to take it to Doug's firehouse to make sure it finds a proper home, like any other abandoned child.
shhhh! im trying to get wholesome greentexts/fanart of this
Why 90s show takes place in the modern American farm? That’s so random.
And why Patch is renamed? Or that’s supposed to be different characters?
90s show is based on the live action remake
Ok, thanks. I never watched remake and didn’t know it’s inspired tv show.
I always troughit’s just like “High School Hercules”, a random idea for setting.
>That’s so random.
At the end of the first movie suggests moving/getting a farm, or "dalmatian plantation" as he calls it, so not all that much.
Roger suggests*
>And why Patch is renamed? Or that’s supposed to be different characters?
Movie Patch and TV Lucky have similar personalities so that might be the confusion
I fricking hate the look of these dogs.
That's how I feel about the 101 Dalmatian Street designs
Oldhead
who the frick says oldhead
I never liked Roly, even in the original movie. He's fat and is obsessed with food. Wow, how original.

The fanfic also exist on ao3 but Cinemaphile always think it's spam when I link to it.
Author: myxsiple
odd, i linked it in a very shortlived /trash/ thread recently and had no problem
read it recently and enjoyed it a lot. i wish there was a follow up of some sort
Personally, I like the ambiguity of the ending. It's okay if they don't necessarily end up together. The wholesomeness of this story is very refreshing, especially for this kind of pairing that generally only get fetish content.
That helmet wouldn’t be practical if it flew off at the first impact from an alien
She's a dog.
Aliens could be dogs too
What like some kind of.... alien dog?
They’re among us
Yes but next time it might not be
And then… KISS!
Alas, he never drew the payoff
I like Dolly's big ol' Dumbo ears
They all kinda all have em
They’re all so squishy
Dolly Is a b***h
But she’s a cute b***h
Anyone here has a dalmatian irl?
How are they as pets?
Are they smart dogs or rather dumb?
I have a relative with one. It's a smart dog but is very energetic and gets bored easy. If you don't give him attention or something to do he will get into shit trying to make fun.
So good dogs but not low maintenance.
Doesn't he already have multiple fanarts of the dalmatians already?
More is needed
Then commission him
Where does Smitty even upload these days?
I assume his fa still
I think it's dead
Maybe straight to e621?
Wait fa died?? Seriously? I haven't been on it for like 8 months
Not dead dead but they made a moronic new rule about "child coded species" like certain kinds of Pokemon.
The rule is fine, and obvious pedoshit trying to hide behind anime nonsense technicalities needs to go.
And that is why Smitty got nuked
They needed more screen time.
At least there's still HTH

We’re living in the dark timeline
Could the title of this movie be considered a spoiler
If Perdita had been pregnant with 101 puppies she would have exploded from within
Oh look it's Bashful Beethoven!
Still would.
Nick pls
>Perdita and Delilah would have experienced a pregnancy similar to that of Brenda from Slither
She looks like she just saw her first BBC
I was shocked too when I first found out Brits gets their news from state funded media
As opposed to exploded from without?
Did you know that adjusted for inflation it's in the top 20 highest grossing movies of all time? By some measures even top 10?
Obviously not in one birth but I mean over the course of her life
One big litter a year for a decade? Sounds feasible.
With those breeds, you might just be able to reach 99 puppies even when you follow the guidelines of ethical breeding.
where'd Dorothy come from? There's no one else her age
She's the same age, she's just a runt and moronic.
Even if you say
>well the unnamed other parent kept the others
why would Doug and Delilah only keep one?
The answer is they blend the dynamics of humans and dogs in this show and it’s not meant to be thought about too hard
101 dalmatian street getting a visit from dolly's estranged biological mom's new family could make for some interesting episodes
It is possible for dogs to only have one puppy. Not super likely, but possible
18 pup litter, it's possible
I like the book and its sequel more than the Disney bullshit.
Joker breaks the rules, he become Cinemaphile's hero.
Cruella does it and she's the enemy.
That doesn't seem fair.
At least Joker didn’t feature a tragic backstory of his parents getting scared off a cliff by a batman
>Scared
Didn't that dalmatian dropkick them off the fricking cliff?
No, they demonstrated their totally friendly Dalmatian king fu but her mom was too self conscious of her form so she fell back out of fear of embarrassing herself in front of them
Alright you two, take it outside.
This little homie is cringe.
Shame he never got an episode
No, that's ok.
-ce co-
-llar.
Don't do it, Dolly. It's just cookie this, cookie that. It's like talking to a bunch of damn Keebler elves.
it's nice to have a Cinemaphile thread once in a while so that there's less porn posting, more other images. though I admit I can't keep myself from saying lewdities here either
Dalmatian threads are usually some of my favorites on Cinemaphile. Minimal drama, very comfy, actual show discussion.
For me its unironically paw patrol threads and I honestly dont even watch the show
I don't watch it either but I kind of get where you're coming from
Why be in a thread for something you don’t watch?
Why is the news showcasing a barking dog?
Slow news day.
How could anybody want to skin those
Dots are fashionable. But I'm ok with this purse I own.
the forbidden vanilla chocolate chips ice cream
Last time we had one of these threads I ended up importing a Dylan plush. Now I'm tempted to do the same for Dolly
You can't have one without the other.
You make a strong argument
ur nast boi
i used to wonder why the kibble machine has a firehose on it instead of another sort of tube, only now i realized that it makes sense because doug works at the fire department
Also makes sense to be able to shoot it further given they likely got a lot of food dishes to fill
Ah shit I did it again
Good.
I miss the Reitherman era so much, bros
Really? I love 101 but I'm aware it would have been a lot better-looking had it been made a decade earlier
I never really thought about it but the fact that dogs can officially talk to bugs in 101 Dalmatian Street has some weird implications
Like what?
Dogs definitely eat bugs. Also just imagine being able to hear all the bugs on the ground underneath you, or at least understand what they're saying with body language.
Remind me, when do they talk to bugs in the show?
Nigel consults a bee for the smells contest. The bee confirms Diesel's guess.
I think they only can't talk to humans
Imagine giving birth to 99 dogs
Must be painful
