He was a blues singer primarily, and also gay. He stopped Elton John from killing himself one time. What an absolute legend.
I think he was rather fun. He was grandiose and entertaining without being too harmless or being expected to be taken seriously while looking like an idiot like Eggman.

Never saw Underground, so I can't speak for Gary Chalk. Cummings is just his Fat cat voice from Rescue Rangers and he was shoved in everything back in the 90s, so I don't think much of him.

In this world where Sonic has become ridiculously self-referential and exhuming long-dead aspects of franchise history as a means of pushing itself, I can't help but wonder if Baldry might have returned to do something more if he were still alive today.
