Big mistake guys, see to it that you don't repeat it, or I'll teleport behind you and heem you to kingdom come by singing a telepathic lullaby.
he's obviously right. we live in the game of thrones universe where we forgot everything important... and soon there will be ice zombies we dont know how to fight.... that our ancestors knew how to fight... le sigh..
Isn't this the whole point of the field of historiography?
There's a perfectly reasonable theory that the Great Sphinx was rebuilt at some point, based on the erosion at the base. It may have had a jackal head, the beard could have been added later, the nose fell off, etc etc.
The problem is this doesn't line up with the dates that "canon" Egyptologists have declared as the truth. So even the Wikipedia page treats it like some ancient aliens fringe conspiracy theory.
Hell right now we are excavating an ancient city that contradicts our previous understanding of when hunter-gatherers began settled society. You can't NOT be open to changes in our understanding when introduced with new research. But historians apparently know everything for sure, already.
>So even the Wikipedia page treats it like some ancient aliens fringe conspiracy theory.
Possibly because Hand wiener peddles in fringe theories about aliens kickstarting human civilization.
Doesn't seem like you're applying the scientific method if you're denying a possibility outright. "It could be ayy lmaos", we could test that, instead it gets flat out denied, basically
Aliens aren't real.
So much of accepted science today was once quackery. The double slit experiment is a mindfrick. Photons are basically magic to ye olde timey natural philosophers who KNEW we shot flashlight beams out of our eyes (clearly).
It isn't scepticism in the academic sense, it's 'skepticism' in the James Randi sense. It's a cult. Sorry.
He was on ancient aliens but has said number of times he doesn’t believe in ayys. The fact is humans have existed for at least 150k years but we only know history for 12k years or so. 90% of human history, at least, is gone.
That is what I believe. We are simply presented with this consensus view on reality and accepted history only because it has been spread so repetitiously as a meme and in fact there is a far greater history involving aliens and whatnot but oh you don't believe in aliens now you don't have access to that history you see you are kept in the dark believing there is nothing beyond Everybody Loves Raymond and what have you I don't want to blame the israelites but the israelites are a very big part of it so I must concede anon I blame the israelites.
Most science, history and archeology is wrong though. You know, for a bunch of self-proclaimed "atheists", modern scientists sure do seem to have a massive God complex.
You're not infallible, moron. Most historians can't even tell the truth about things that happened a mere 80 years ago in Europe...
>all of human history is wrong >oh ok cool, care to elaborate? >HEY FRICK YOU IM A JOURNALIST I DONT HAVE TO BACK UP THE SHIT I SAY AHHHHHHH REEEEEEEEEE
There's alot of hidden history that we don't know about, but most have been unearthed by other people, since they want to change history for their narratives.
The craziest thing is that he's right. Archeologists are cowards by nature, and close ranks to protect their shitty established ideas at the slightest sign of dissenting thought. In this way, archeologists are a lot like scientists and journalists.
archeaologists are in many ways both those things. An archeaologist must try to interpret their findings and that is almost always a creative story to make the fossil coherent with the existing body of knowledge.. They use scientific tools and principles, but they are largely just story tellers and there really is a lot of credence and MONEY to be won by telling a good story. There is SO much good archaeology that could be done but SO little money available to do it. But these simple hypotheses in conjunction with modern science(lidar, genes) definitely makes people who are invested in more traditional hypotheses tremble at the thought of their patrons saying "eh buddy what the frick i gave you millions and you were dicking around in africa"
he is a little odd, and he always insists upon talking about drugs, but i also recognize that the people criticizing are basically in a perpetual state of
>don't you dare jeopardize muh hecking research fundarinos with your alternate hypotheses
so i'm thinking everybodys gay but there are definitely pyramids in the Amazon and definitely submerged civilizations around the earth
THEY ARE ALL BENEATH THE SEA LEVEL BECAUSE THE SEA LEVELS ROSE AND REMOVED ALL TRACE OF THE WORLD-SPANNING CIVILIZATION THAT ONLY BUILT EVERYTHING RIGHT ON THE SHORELINE
>>What if all science, history, and archeology was wrong, and all archeologists on Earth were in on it?
well you'd probably be a paranoid schizophrenic
What if modern human society is a convenient cultural construct made by sufficiently advanced aliens, and we just don’t know it?
Does it not already amaze anybody else that humans can even have so many cars driving on the road at the same damn time? It’s a miracle there aren’t 100x more accidents in America.

Ah, a fellow devotee of Sun Tsu. Well met.

>we could test that
then do so
Not my job. I'm not an xenotician. I'm a professional internet arguer.
He was on ancient aliens but has said number of times he doesn’t believe in ayys. The fact is humans have existed for at least 150k years but we only know history for 12k years or so. 90% of human history, at least, is gone.
ok
but aliens?
>You can't NOT be open to changes in our understanding when introduced with new research.
>vaxxed
ayy lmaos built everything including us, goyim
they came to earth and impregnated monkeys and that's how we came to be
That is what I believe. Aliens aren't real.
Of course not. Aliens are interdimensional demons posing as extraterrestrials.
Most science, history and archeology is wrong though. You know, for a bunch of self-proclaimed "atheists", modern scientists sure do seem to have a massive God complex.
You're not infallible, moron. Most historians can't even tell the truth about things that happened a mere 80 years ago in Europe...
who are you talking to?
HEY FRICK YOU IM A SHITPOSTER I DONT HAVE TO BACK UP THE SHIT I SAY AHHHHHHH REEEEEEEEEE
I...dont understand. Am I Graham Hanwiener?
>I...
You just revealed your hand with this little bit of redditism
So I am Graham Hanwiener? I didnt even know. Also
>anything
>le REDDIT
not anything, but your post specifically
What's going on in this image?
You're a better person for not knowing and I don't want to drag you down to our level, drop the case anon, you don't want to know where it leads.
(You)
>all of human history is wrong
>oh ok cool, care to elaborate?
>HEY FRICK YOU IM A JOURNALIST I DONT HAVE TO BACK UP THE SHIT I SAY AHHHHHHH REEEEEEEEEE
The fact that this guy causes so much seething leads me to believe that he's touching on some bit of truth.
>what if we followed the money
There's alot of hidden history that we don't know about, but most have been unearthed by other people, since they want to change history for their narratives.
Elaborate
alot of stuff here if you search around. Titles are confusing for some reason, maybe to hinder the elites or something.
completely irrelevant moron
>The israelites who wrote the history books would never lie
The craziest thing is that he's right. Archeologists are cowards by nature, and close ranks to protect their shitty established ideas at the slightest sign of dissenting thought. In this way, archeologists are a lot like scientists and journalists.
>The craziest thing is that he's right
He isn't. Corruption is everywhere and some things are obvious inaccurate.
But that doesn't mean you get to schizopost about ayy lmaos breeding apes and teaching them how to start a fire and levitate.
archeaologists are in many ways both those things. An archeaologist must try to interpret their findings and that is almost always a creative story to make the fossil coherent with the existing body of knowledge.. The world could use some more rich, based morons like him.
it's even simpler to not believe in moon landing or nukes
he is a little odd, and he always insists upon talking about drugs, but i also recognize that the people criticizing are basically in a perpetual state of
>don't you dare jeopardize muh hecking research fundarinos with your alternate hypotheses
so i'm thinking everybodys gay but there are definitely pyramids in the Amazon and definitely submerged civilizations around the earth
an advanced worldwide civilization existed 12,000 years ago.
>no buildings
>no roads
>no bridges
>no written records
Hancuck is a fricking moron
This. We can find cave paintings perfectly preserved but we can't find ancient artifacts or hidden chests from this ancient civilization.
THEY ARE ALL BENEATH THE SEA LEVEL BECAUSE THE SEA LEVELS ROSE AND REMOVED ALL TRACE OF THE WORLD-SPANNING CIVILIZATION THAT ONLY BUILT EVERYTHING RIGHT ON THE SHORELINE
they politely cleaned up after themselves
>>What if all science, history, and archeology was wrong, and all archeologists on Earth were in on it?
well you'd probably be a paranoid schizophrenic
Brown people building those megastructures thousands of years ago? Preposterous! it must have been the white anunnakis or some shit
kinda racist, ngl

I hate Joe Rogan for introducing so many morons into pop culture
