Primarily focus on the modern era with the core 80s characters, and the 'future era' with the movie cast and other 86-87 characters, but also explore Beast Wars as a further future era, the early wartime era, ancient Cybertron with the original Primes liberating their world from the Quintessons, previous Cybertronian civil wars, etc.
Occasional Transformers/GI Joe crossover stuff that's largely self-contained, but no wider shared universe.
And like says, purge the fujos, gays, gender people and assorted other freaks from the creative side, and ignore any within the fanbase until they take the hint and move on to something else. Give them an inch and they ruin everything they can. No gay Transformers, no turning male Transformer characters into females.
First thing I would do is continue the current storyline with Transformers but make a spinoff with the beast characters and introduce the regular decepticons into the main conflict. Animated spin-offs for the wreckers/war origin.

For TV I would aim for some synergy with the movies in terms of the cast used but have it go in a completely different direction story-wise.
For video games I would have a AAA title that would focus on the Transformers escape from Cybertron and first years on earth, then making their first human friendship and joining with the military to defeat a decepticon invasion. Pretty basic stuff but it would set up a multi-year franchise. Also do a fighting game akin to smash using the various different robots from the franchise's history
Then, in the comics. I'd give pretty much endless creative freedom for the main storyline but also make sure that the movie continuity is clearly supported by a monthly title that never subsides in between movies. Then do an official Astro boy crossover because that's my hyper fixation at the moment and I'd like to see my other favorite robots done in a retro 50s style
A kart-racing game, crossing over characters from different shows/movies/comics all together (in the form of alt chars AND skins). I want heavy artstyle clashing, with flat cel-shaded skins to make characters look like they did in the 80s show OR Marvel comic, with different techniques used for CGI chars, anime chars, TFA, Prime, Cyberverse, etc; anything you can imagine. I want all of the fanservice possible for everyone. GoBots will be a surprise, secret inclusion that you can only unlock by hitting specific hidden requirements (ala MK Wii). Courses will be inspired by the different shows/movies/comics too, and will be rendered in their home source material's style.
Gameplay will primarily be inspired by MK Double Dash, with one transformer riding the other's alt mode, and a button makes them swap positions.

i have my own continuity im developing. yeah its the usual autobots vs. decepticons on earth. season 1 is the same old, same old but mostly character driven episodes that highlights everyones personality slowly building to a climatic finale.
season 2 most of the cast end up scattered in space, it gives us a chance to explore the rest of the universe before they make their way back to earth.
season 3 sees Optimus and Megatron leave earth to return back to cybertron trying to compete who will revive cybertron first while Hot Rod and Starscream are now in charge of their respective faction on earth trying to avoid the government that now fears and hates them.
final season is essentially a Unicron storyline thats basically the final battle of Gurren Lagann.
initial autobot roster - Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Hot Rod, Ironhide, Wheeljack, Arcee, new character Rivet (essentially the team medic, Ratchet's protege a shy young bookworm whose dedicated to saving lives, she's more paramedic to like Ratchet's chief surgeon) and Beachcomber.
initial Decepticon roster - Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave (and all his cassettes), Cyclonus, Thunderblast, Knock Out and Quake.
other major characters of season 1 Jetfire, Prowl, Jazz, Swerve, Perceptor, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Barricade, Mirage, the Insecticons, the constructicons, Shockwave, Sideways and another new transformer named Steamhammer (an old timey locomotive steam engine whos got the personality of an old prospector, he serves as a metallurgist who just wants nothing to do with the war)
after this show concludes we follow up with a Beast Wars sequel series set on a revitalized cybertron thats now becoming more jungle than mechanical forcing the next generation to adopt beast forms on their planet. Optimus Primal and Beast Megatron start off as the bat and crocodile in the first season but eventually upgrade into the gorilla and t-rex. The Maximals are exploring the new terrain while the Predacons are more of a prohabionist era gangsters trying to make illegal substances to get rich from. Megatron has ambition to replace Cryotek as the top dog of the Predacon crime syndicate, essentially Megatron is Al Capone meets Tony Montana meets Bloody Harry McDowell and Primal is his Elliot Ness but with that classic down to earthness that makes Primal Primal.
by season 2 Primal is now the chief of the Maximal police and Megatron finds himself now the head of the Predacons crime syndicate successfully ousting Cryotek. meanwhile the season now follows Cheetor and Rattrap having to start another team and coming to earth to apprehend some fugitives including Terrorsaur, Waspinator and Tarantulas who Megatron essentially threw under the bus, Earth is more technologically advanced with little nature left and they encounter Tigatron whose one of its few guardians left. back on Cybertron the Golden Disks have been unearthed and Megatron plans to steal the golden disk and by the end of the season he decrypts it being a video log from the original Megatron about another planet full of Energon referred to as Gaia. Dinobot then steals it from him and makes his way to the planet forcing the entire cast to make a mad dash there.
season 3 the cast is on Gaia a planet full of Energon but too much Energon and a time limit of a month before they're stranded on the planet for the next hundred+ years. Terrorsaur is slowly dying being infused with an energon crystal that while makes him super powered is weakening his spark and he wishes to challenge Megatron again. it's also revealed Dinobot is actually a triple agent having successfully infiltrated the Predacons and betraying his Maximals, a ploy that Primal concocts. season culinmates with Depth Charge, Razorclaw, Shockaract and Antagony arriving from the future, a bleaked future that hinges on the existence of Protoform X
final season sees Megatron win and truly taken over Cybertron and them having to undo this.
Pay Trigger to animate Promare but with Transformers.
