You've gotten a lot of meme answers but the truth is that when making a cartoon that caricaturises the main features white people have that's distinct from other ethnicities are larger protruding noses (tend to be straight or round compared to a israelite's crooked, but still big noses non the less), pasty skin and of course bad teeth if they are british. Pasty skin and big noses is an exaggerated trait a lot of israelites share with white people and if you are more accustomed to seeing israeli caricatures then you automatically assume big noses are just a israeli thing. But when you look at how other non white cultures depict white people a big nose is a pretty common feature they include, meaning it's clearly not solely a israeli thing.
