Orange County and Tropic Thunder are a tie.

This was funny but it was more of a Michael Cera film than anything.

A "kid-friendly funny guy" should never attempt a serious role.

Honestly, I feel like the miscasting was intentional and Jackson wanted to create a character that was as much of a fish out of water as the actor playing him. Haven't seen it for years, but from what I remember, his performance was surprisingly effective once his character arc unfolded.

The scenes where they were re-enacting the movies were hilarious, but I think they padded out that movie from what I remember. Still an incredibly cozy watch that deserves more attention.

    The objectively correct answer-
    Nacho Libre
    Year One.

All other answers are by morons that can be ignored as moronic.
