In retrospect, he probably should have considering his literal job is to deliver a smooth and functional show to the viewers and 4 months after he tried to act all mr. big dick the other guy quit and the whole show went downhill from there with others starting to quit as well. So, basically a complete and utter failure in doing his fricking job, but on the other hand it did deliver us some minutes of kino.
