Cat Scratch Fever. I can't even remember what it was about, only that the episode mostly consisted of Catwoman trudging through a snowstorm for some reason.
While searching for her missing cat, a recently paroled Catwoman stumbles into a plot by Professor Milo and Roland Daggett to introduce a new rabies strain into the stray pet population so Daggett can monopolize the potential cure.

What is the worst episode of Batman: The Animated Series?
"I've Got Batman In My Basement" honestly wasn't anywhere near as bad as people say it was. In fact. Frick you, I liked it .
Always found Prophecy of Doom to be pretty lackluster, myself.
BTAS has way less clunkers than the common meme about it would have you believe. Even certain episodes that have a bad reputation, you go back and watch them and they're surprisingly enjoyable. It's nice that the show was willing to explore the outer limits of Batman's rogue's gallery and the kinds of foes he faced.
I'm reminded of someone pushing that a good chunk of BTAS was mid ad best, and nowhere near the grand masterpiece that most claim it to be. Bad episodes are bad, and the great ones weren't nearly as good as many remember.
Day of the Samurai. It really comes off like it was a C-grade episode that the crew didn't want to make so they just got it over with as quickly as possible so that they could move on to a more interesting one.
Definitely Bruce Timm's worst episode, he was probably hung over while working on it or something.
If you do Bane properly he's going to take up an entire season of the show, and the show didn't have season-long arcs. It was episodic, and you can't do Bane justice in an episodic show.
The Batman did Bane justice in 30 mins (kinda dumb design when he big aside) yeah he still gets beat easy but at least feels like threat and a real villain even though he hired thug as well, his vibe feels more like Bane and they actually let him kick Batman ass where TAS would rarely do something like that, he gets shafted later but that show still handled him better. You just give him a big epic two aparter and every time he shows up after you make him feel like a big deal.
DCAU Bane was cool in Barbara's Scarecrow-induced nightmare weirdly enough. >Please give your dear Barbara a kiss from me.
So I think they absolutely could've done a great Bane if they actually wanted to even if would not be 100% comic-accurate.
TNBA and the rest of the DCAU pretty much treats the original B:TAS as non-canon. The only parts of it that carried over were Clayface's death in Mudslide and the ongoing Mr. Freeze storyline.
What happen to Bane in the series is exactly what would have happen in the comic if Bane had tried to fight Batman in anything approaching a fair fight. It's get overlooked that their big fight in Knightfall starts with Batman so injured and exhausted he can barely stand up anymore.
I watched BTAS almost 10 years ago but I remember never liking rocket girl episode or episodes. I finished watching STAS quite recently but when she appeared in that cartoon I automatically rolled my eyes
For all the shows fame and acclaim it's honestly kind of alarming how many kind of dull or outright bad episodes there are. I guess it was the times. Even at it's worst it still had a vibe to it you didn't get in most children's entertainment.
Some of the one-shot villain eps weren't great. The guy who uses death traps to try to unmask Batman feels like a lesser Riddler save for giving the hero a surprisingly good fight at the end.
Batman in My Basement wasn't all that bad. A bit goofy, and would have been better if told solely from the perspective of the kids to create a Goonies type vibe once their story intersects with the Penguin's plot. Maybe have the baddies clearly not giving their all until the kids push them too far.
Underdwellers felt weird since the villain was so goofy despite the potential for something very sinister with the enslaved children.
>The guy who uses death traps to try to unmask Batman feels like a lesser Riddler save for giving the hero a surprisingly good fight at the end.
Wasn't that literally going to be a Riddler episode but the writers didn't feel confident in using the character yet (since Riddler was still mostly defined by Frank Gorshin's wacky prancing in the 60s) and so they went for an OC villain?

The Underdwellers with Sewer King?
For me as well, but the wolf one is a close 2nd
I wouldn't call it the worst episode but I always did find that werewolf episode with the cheesy guitar soundtrack kinda funny.

TEST
when it comes to comparing quality between BTAS and batman beyond, I think Batman Beyond had higher highs, but also had way more inconsistent quality.
Moon of The Wolf for me. One episode that bores me to tears every time I watch it.
Tyger, Tyger is up there for me.
>Selina gets Moreau'd
The frick were they thinking with that one
I remember hearing the staff not much caring for the Terrible Trio.
I like how they turned the bird girl into a goth girl in The Batman 2004
Bane is dogshit and ruined the character in the series because the writers dislike almost anything that they didn't grow up with or make themselves.

hate to be a buzzkill but that was a TNBA episode
those are different serieses, regardless of what the DVDs say
Same canon also if you wanna go by that logic Batman and Robin a different series too.

Has to be a Catwoman episode.
Catwoman eps are kinda trash ngl.
