This guy actually does kinda have a point. The worst points of the show are the points where you can tell a former tumblr user in the writers room said something like “are we being inclusive enough? Maybe we should have a grotesque fat Black person lesbian talk down to the white men.”
In spite of that, it’s a fun little whodunit, and Steve Martin and Martin Short never disappoint.
Overall I would say the show is OK but really forgettable. I watched all 3 seasons with my girlfriend not long ago and already can barely remember what happens in the seasons or what they're about

Meryl Streep genuinely carried. Her story was pretty good.
If you can’t filter out the annoying cast members, there’s no way you’ll enjoy it, though.

I like it. It's weird realizing this is Steve Martin's first sitcom. You'd think he'd have done something like this before, but no.
Would have been a lot better if they got someone else for Selenas role. She's a bad actress. Also the shows alright but clearly made for millennial and up liberal women
First season was great. Second season was shit made worse with Cara guest starring with her shitty acting.
Three was good but they gave too much to the really annoying tenants of the building.
It's fine. Selena Gomez is an absolutely awful actress though, it's like she's drugged up the entire time and can just say her lines in a completely braindead, monotone voice.
She's both bogged and ill in the photo, isn't she? Her facial features don't look completely human.
This is watching with parents/grandparents kino you can laugh but not so hard it becomes embarrassing and you feel 80% comfy and you can talk about the murders as you go

It's comfy. Steve and Martin make it worth watching. I laugh occasionally. I sigh and eye roll at some woke shit occasionally. All in all it's not too bad.
