There's a big quantum bullshit explosion in the first episode, I like to think that turned everyone into morons (which BTW is the exact season-long plot for one of the seasons).

Arrow was great until they killed Caity Lotz's Canary and acceptable until they killed her sister.
I genuinely liked Earth 2 "Flash"/Zoom, I would argue he was the best villain out of the whole Arrowverse.
CW shows are ridiculously over the top campy with terrible special effects mostly focused on the drama because they're written by and for women.
So basically, silver age comic books.

It's the visual equivalent of fast food and all that entails
I still watch the flash & supes. Flash is... You can tell that some actors have extreme fatigue (Iris, Cait) and just want off any chance they can get, and it's making the quality suffer not that the quality was great to begin with, but still. There's no way it's getting renewed after next season, which is a shame. The kids were the best part of the recent seasons, but they're allergic to them now and made Nora gay, which is lame.
S&L is still top tier, and it's a fricking good thing it's been moved to HBO max next season. It's just a shame that they refuse to acknowledge Supergirl at all, though I get it's because MB is/was pregnant and quit acting to raise her kid, but still.

Comic book fan here. Watched all of Arrow and the flash up till season 6. It started out ok but a few years in it's sunken cost fallacy until you either quit like I did of the show ends. I at least finished arrow. The one that started it all

I checked out recently, but I started when I was laid up after an accident in 2016. Enjoyed Arrow and Flash for the first few seasons. I gradually dropped out, but the content was still entertaining even when things got more and more plotholes.
