Going to Silco made more sense though. She felt betrayed by father for keeping her in the dark and maybe even lying about the entire thing from the beginning. She had to clear things up with him first.
Once she talked to Silco, she would've probably gone to Marcus next since Jinx did make the connection but she simply didn't get the opportunity to do it.

Many different characters, each with their own personalities, motives and story arcs. Also the fact that you knew who all the LoL characters were from the statues in the OP made it very enjoyable seeing how the different champions would interact as you knew they wouldn't be killed off.
Compare this with Dragon's Blood, which focused way too much on OC donuts, too much on just a few small DotA heroes instead of being an interweaved mish-mash of different heroes and how they would interact with each other.

Nearly everything Cinemaphile has been complaining about in the recent years of media gets addressed here. No allegories to modern politics, you can clearly tell the creators gave a shit about using the visuals as part of the storytelling mechanics, the characters have nuance, Black folk are actually palatable characters and they behave white, the women are realistically histrionic and unstable/untrustworthy, the men are competent and their actions shape the whole setting, the core message is about the necessity of violence and the importance of fatherhood, and most importantly there are no trannies (this board's worst nightmare).

Vi and Silco have the same ideas regarding Piltover. the only conflict between them is a personal one regarding Vander's death. Silco wanted Vi to be dead. he wanted Jinx to kill Vi and eradicate the legacy of Vander. did Jinx sided with him and killed Vi? No. Silco only brought Jinx to do something she would have done anyway (fighting Piltover), but by pressing her and grooming her illness, and the only thing he won with that was to not live long enough to see his dream fulfilled.
the morale of the story is: if you love your daughter sincerely but still raise her as a living grenade and pull the pin, don't complain if she blows you up.

Only Sevika and the other Enforcers had a violent urge against Zaun, Silco had that that ambition too, but by they end he sees Vander's POV by refusing to give up Jinx, he doesn't want Zaun if he can't spoil her with it. Unironically, Jinx using the HyperShark Missile leaves Zayn in a worst state of affairs, the Council will see as declaration of war and will employ a genocide in Zaun. The one bargaining chip they had which was the Gemstone is now spent, they're fricked. Only thing up for debate is what was Silco's plan considering he refused to turn over Jinx, that might been enough for the war to start anyway.

Many different characters, each with their own personalities, motives and story arcs. Also the fact that you knew who all the LoL characters were from the statues in the OP made it very enjoyable seeing how the different champions would interact as you knew they wouldn't be killed off.
Compare this with Dragon's Blood, which focused way too much on OC donuts, too much on just a few small DotA heroes instead of being an interweaved mish-mash of different heroes and how they would interact with each other.

The fanbase for this show is insufferable and they miss the forest because of overly focusing on a singular lesbian tree, but Cinemaphile's hatred for this show is baffling to me. Nearly everything Cinemaphile has been complaining about in the recent years of media gets addressed here. No allegories to modern politics, you can clearly tell the creators gave a shit about using the visuals as part of the storytelling mechanics, the characters have nuance, Black folk are actually palatable characters and they behave white, the women are realistically histrionic and unstable/untrustworthy, the men are competent and their actions shape the whole setting, the core message is about the necessity of violence and the importance of fatherhood, and most importantly there are no trannies (this board's worst nightmare).

He's basically inverse Griffith, but instead of besmirching the apple of his eye, Silco accepts her. He is besotted with Jinx, as anyone would be. She's worth fighting for.

so yes, they made him "win" to the max of how much an anti-villain can win in a show like this
when she meets Vi she tells her agin she was captured by Marcus. it's partly because of that that she starts to question Silco's narrative. but instead of going to check with Marcus (which would have told her a lot about Silco's method with young girls) she goes full schizo and kills him. getting herself convinced early on that Silco was actively trying to separate her from her siser would have prevented her from killing many people and sabotaging both sides' plans only because she couldn't make her mind.

every Zaunite character bar Vander wanted it. Vi wanted it and Powder wanted it as well long before she ever met Silco. Piltover getting destroyed is Jinx/Powder's personal victory of designing and building the weapon, not specifically Silco's.
i've already explained. he's an anti villain and not a champion, he was dead since he entered the show. he could've been unceremoniously discarded as a weakling liar who gets embarrassed by stronk wymn, or he could've gotten a noble death full of vindication. he got the latter, and jinx still sided with a dead man's ideas over the ideas of a living sister. i know it's hard to wrap your brain around that but try

Vi and Silco have the same ideas regarding Piltover. the only conflict between them is a personal one regarding Vander's death. Silco wanted Vi to be dead. he wanted Jinx to kill Vi and eradicate the legacy of Vander. did Jinx sided with him and killed Vi? No. Silco only brought Jinx to do something she would have done anyway (fighting Piltover), but by pressing her and grooming her illness, and the only thing he won with that was to not live long enough to see his dream fulfilled.
the morale of the story is: if you love your daughter sincerely but still raise her as a living grenade and pull the pin, don't complain if she blows you up.

Not true, and is now categorically untrue. Violet and Jinx we're inline with Vander, they're petty thieves and nothin more. Violet only resents Piltover over material needs (food/wealth) when Vander tells her, 'Well, if you step up prepare lose your family' she lets it go. Powder is a kid shes not some forced military kid in Africa fighting over blood diamonds, and as we can clearly see with Jinx she doesn't give a frick about Zaun. Only Sevika and the other Enforcers had a violent urge against Zaun, Silco had that that ambition too, but by they end he sees Vander's POV by refusing to give up Jinx, he doesn't want Zaun if he can't spoil her with it. Unironically, Jinx using the HyperShark Missile leaves Zayn in a worst state of affairs, the Council will see as declaration of war and will employ a genocide in Zaun. The one bargaining chip they had which was the Gemstone is now spent, they're fricked. Only thing up for debate is what was Silco's plan considering he refused to turn over Jinx, that might been enough for the war to start anyway.
