>father of four
I thought he only had two kids: Anya and Polaris. How can we possibly trust a man who doesn’t even remember how many children he has?
Also Wanda and Pietro Maximoff.
It's the universe that can't make up his mind whether scarlet witch and quicksilver are his kids or not.
He's appealing the Wanda and Pietro retcon in a separate lawsuit.
Magneto has been consistent on his stance that Wanda and Pete are his get, whether or not it’s actual fact.
>Polaris
Oh, right, that's who's number four
Wanting to commit genocide multiple times.
Magneto is 90 years old. Kind of weird when you think about it like that,
We'll there was that time he made every plane on earth crash...
This actually makes him currently third place on the mass murderers of mutantkind in a single event/action list.
criminal intent
All the murder, assault, destruction of property, domestic and international terrorism, megalomania, racism, coercion, attempted genocide, attempted global destruction, kidnapping, brainwashing, threats, etc
What has Magneto done right is the better question to ask.
>What has Magneto done right
Finally fricking die
Interestingly enough, the only net gain he actually achieved for mutantkind was being the first exp bump in teaching the X-men how to fight.
There is an Age of" Apocalypse "what if?" that shows Xavier was completely successful in making sure anti mutant hatred never existed without Magneto getting in the way (Legion killed the right person in that timeline) but this backfired when Apocalypse showed up and nobody knew how to fight. Xavier ended up having to sacrifice himself in order to kill Apocalypse in the end.
Being an X-Men story, AoA also completely handwaves the rest of the superhero community.
If you only count direct actions, the he's second place after the Wild Sentinels. If you count indirect action he's fourth place because the Hellfire Club and Cassandra Nova also get credit for Genosha.
He isn't.
>racism
Only humans can be racist.
Humans support anti-mutant institutions and so can't be innocent.
ok Magneto
This is one thing that has always bothered me about the X-Men conflict. Not everyone will have a strong opinion on mutants. Someone will hate them, others will fight for their rights, most people just won’t care. What happens to the normals that don’t care or advocate for mutant rights?
>What happens to the normals that don’t care or advocate for mutant rights?
Held up as the biggest threat and worst of them, much the same as in a lot of modern social justice movements you know the whole "Silence is violence" shit. I say if they aren't actively funding, supporting or voting in the dudes who want genocide leave them alone then
He's willing to kill innocents to achieve his goals. if that's true it doesn't matter how sympathetic your goals are.
Squeezing them b***hes.
I knew I recognized that artist! He writes and illustrates Lavender Jack!
the mass murders
He financed his Brotherhood of EVIL Mutants with Nazi gold.
He has no real principles than whatever suits him in the moment and being in a place of power. I want a “What If?” where the Red Skull grooms him into being Fuhrer instead of going to a Concentration Camp. Not a “WW2 where Nazi’s take over the world”, but one where the Cold War is between the US and Nazi Germany. Hank Pym’s wife would be alive and he’d be happy for once.
It wouldn't be the first time the Nazis used israelites in a positive way for propaganda purposes.
The crimes, the war crimes, the crimes against humanity, and the fashion crimes.
