kinda half-watched seasons 6-9 in a sleepy haze while my bf visited cos he binges faster than i do and i don't like. like uh. idk, the later seasons didn't appeal to me as much anyways. so i watched s10 on my own after that and was like...its fine for a short conclusive season, i guess, and yeah it made me cry at the end. was it earned? idk. maybe i'll go back and rewatch some of the "better" later episodes, if there are any that i missed, but a lot of them got seriously bland. i still think turning magic man into "normal man" is one of the most boring concepts for an episode ever.
the finale probably started this whole lesbian craze in cartoons that has kind of been way overdone at this point, but i still think bubbline is a cute ship, in theory. execution could've been a little better but i still love "what was missing" especially.

The best long-running cartoon of the century and yet not a quarter as good as it could have been. It could have been the best cartoon period.
