this was the gayest movie i've ever watched. not because of the plot, but the sheer amount of homosexual homosexualry potrayed on my screen over the course of the runtime. in fact, i don't think there has ever been a zestier movie put to screen
He was pretty much a born psychopath and was manipulating everyone throughout the entire film, which kinda kneecaps any message the movie was trying to send about class or whatever.

The film does a good job at shifting our sympathies across the film, and confront some of our class prejudices. The first half of the film makes the upper-class seem superficial and snobbish. We sympathise with the underdog, working class hero etc... But it dawns on us that the upper-class are pretty normal, harmlessly eccentric, but naive good people. It's the grasping and vulgar petit-bourgeoise that are the problem. The boasting parents, the lying child, the tedious suburb, "spag bol" etc.
Victimhood narcissists are everywhere today and as the film correctly shows, they use their fake deprivation to usurp power and wealth from the ruling class.
