Continued incompetence from a spiteful editorial in concert with talentless writers who are to dumb to realize that they’re mere propagandists hurting an already struggling industry on its last legs?

    >shit now we have to make something with her. Think... think!
    >I got it! Let's give her an iron man suit.
    >shit that didn't work
    >Let's give her powers!

Why are they still doing galas? I thought the sentinels blew up the island.

This is a variant cover from last year's gala.

The Hellfire Gala is the one time a year Marvel can let their artists work as designers and create a book full of unique and experimental designs. A year ago the twist of the book was that a genocide happened.

Dunno how or why another one is happening, but the books are fun and cape comics rarely get a chance for good or fun costume design. MJ herself is proof of that.

Pity most of them are awful and gay, but it's to be expected when it's for an awful gay mutant party. The audience for superhero comics wants cool costumes that are exciting and toyetic, not superheroes in Met Gala costumes.

MJ and Felicia wearing generic gowns is pretty restrained for a Hellfire Gala, but barely warrants a mention when compared with some of the things they've worn over the years.

Why do you guys care? You aren't going to read it anyway, you just skim wikis for summaries and then b***h about em.

No I illegally read it and pick it apart piece by piece, why would you think modern comic fans WOULDN’T read comics? Hate readers are the only readers these companies have left, they’ve gone out of their way to guarantee that no children read these books anymore anon and what adult whose never read these books before now would BUY something like this? Don’t be mad at US that marvel was completely unable to turn BILLION DOLLAR BOX OFFICES into comic sales

      >Why do you guys care?
Why do you care that anyone cares? You aren't going to even try to have a conversation with anyone here, you just skim for buzzwords you can hang condescending quips on.

You could ask that about any comic book happening from the last ten years.

modern comic writers can't comprehend people hanging out with or being romantically involved with people in different professions. that's why 90% of non-superhero supporting characters in capeshit have either been killed off, written out, quietly dropped, or turned into superheroes.
