This was a win-win-win because Disney wouldn't have to pay double for the same service and the county around it (Orange county) wouldn't have to increase taxes to fund Disney's services. Plus Florida would get increased revenue from tourism. But because DeSantis got butthurt because they stood up to his Don't Say Gay bill, he took away that exemption status and now Orange county has to increase taxes and take on the debt Disney accrued over the years.
Why? He's fricking over his own constituents to punish a private entity's personal beliefs. If you take out the gay shit and replace it with any other belief, you'd see how incredibly short sighted and petty this is.
