the constant moron writing of "put AI in unkillable strong body and make it have human characteristics" and "I turned up the AI's intelligence now it can just hack things with its mind" I did not watch any of the seasons past 1
Somehow the writers think we care more about Maeve and Jesse than Bernard and Delores.
Like who the frick gives a single shit about Jesse, his family or whatever the frick his character arc is.
Same with Maeve who is FOUR seasons in still literally only about "muh daughter".
These characters are just sleepwalking around phoning it in.
And on top of that they're muddling it up with more "parallel storytelling" gimmicks which are entirely not needed since normally the setting and the plot would be interesting as is, but they somehow managed to botch it up.
Delores arc is boring as shit, and anyone with half a brain would've guessed the twist by ep 3 that she's the tower AI or whatever controlling humanity anyway.
Lisa Joy took over in season 2 and Nolan stepped aside. Lisa Joy gave multiple interviews where she said she is going to make Westworld into a female employment fantasy and get rid of female nudity.
And she truly did.
Yeah it's pretty pozzed. >I know it's a dystopian Skynet-tier future but that doesn't mean we can interracially les out
Also Jesse has a full on nig wife.
LOL someone speedwached the episodes
Saving your post for when my prediction turns out to be entirely accurate.
Can't remember season 3, but season 4 so its thirty years after the events of season 3, Black person Delores has created flies, that infect people that make them mind controlled, by a large tower that broadcasting a signal, jessie is a robot now, meave is a super weapon, thats about it.
What I wanted was a show that actually went into AI and the human perception of it. See the MIB storyline, the robots literally are not alive nor human, but we think that they are.
What I got: >what if robots were like, minorities or something??
the original story is kino. an abused robot gains sentience and goes on a rampage killing spree. the movie with yul brenner and the tv show first season stuck with this perfect plot.
every subsequent season is a mess. the writers intentionally play timelines out of order because they think a confused audience will see the plot as intelligent. its not. its stupid.
if you play the plots in time sequence order they are banal. trivial plots with zero sci-fi credentials.
also rachel woods as the revenge robot was kino but this new black chick not being mean but she's ugly and nobody cares about bald black dude. put the blonde back and the show would suck less.
Am I the only person who finds the Bernard arcs annoying? Season one was ok, but everything else is him suffering and malfunctioning and limping along. Just shoot him already.
>Killed off Piss-fu
>Killed off Snek
>Forgot about the shrinkray
3 years of writing and preparation for season 1
6 months for every subsequent season
Nothing
show was always garbage
Anyone who says otherwise is a shill.
>2020 have fly problem
>2021 have fly problem
>2022
dammit nolan, how far do you go
No longer set in the westworld and other parks are there just as one episode meme
america went wrong. it's creatively bankrupt, only churning out shit.

i only watched the first season, but it felt like the black woman demanded to have her breasts out on screen as often as possible.
Women. Anybody who saw past the first season is a woman.
Westworld was always just a good pilot episode. Everything after s1 ep1 was filler that took itself too seriously.
The first ten minutes of the first episode were good. Everything after that was shit.
Intersectional feminism.
what was the twist of season 3?
AI is controlling everyone's life
you baiting me?
that cant be it, the first two season had great twists
Lisa Joy took over in season 2 and Nolan stepped aside. Lisa Joy gave multiple interviews where she said she is going to make Westworld into a female employment fantasy and get rid of female nudity.

>female employment fantasy
hahaha
They left Westworld
Why did Delores need to build an entire new park to make some 'super spreader' event?
Couldn't she just release the flies on the NY subway or some shit?
If no-one can be killed then it's just capeshit.
I cannot, I literally cannot fricking believe Maeve is still around. Her scenes dragged down S1 and they are still doing that shit?
Nolan gave the show to his wife
I heard its a full blown out sjw wet dream now.
Yeah it's pretty pozzed.

Someone that actually watched it please spoil seasons 3 and 4 please. I will never watch them.

wat
It's jumped the shark completely.
>Season three, women in tight outfits fighting with swords and guns
>Season four, ridiculous vision of a future where humans are controlled by hosts
What I wanted was a show that actually went into AI and the human perception of it. See the MIB storyline, the robots literally are not alive nor human, but we think that they are.

there are genuinely no likeable characters, everyone revealed to be a host is a boring story
love the show, love the worldbuilding
dont need the park shit, love the modern system and world stuff
Am I the only person who finds the Bernard arcs annoying? Season one was ok, but everything else is him suffering and malfunctioning and limping along. Just shoot him already.
Too far up its own ass even in season 1. Season 1 found some good shit despite that, even if it ran out of it right quick.
