cutting off your willy sure sounds silly, but I reckon a fella might as well chup it off if he ain't gonna use it, and I guess a little wig can't do harm neither. heck, men use to wear them all the time back in the old days!
Too many non-white people take you out of the best part of the show, which is supposed to be a period drama. Add moronic sci-fi twists and it's over.
the space shit is not different from the boat shit, you must be borderline moronic if you genuinely think they are in space and that it isn't an Evil Within type scenario where they are all trapped nside a simulation built within the childs head
It looks alright, but it has the same problem as CGI in that it doesn't have any grounding for distance or scale so the actors can't act the same as with real locations.
>too complicated for average american viewer
there's nothing complicated about the Matrix anymore. And if it's the Prisoner re-imagining plot twist instead, that one is twenty years old, too.
I think that after Dark, that they were still a little high on the smell of their own farts (that being said I love Dark). I felt like the season end twist was pretty lackluster, but I did enjoy the idea of Plato's Allegory of the cave being conceptualized.
If given a chance, I bet S2 would have been interesting.
>They're working on a SiKTC adaption for netflix now. Hope it's good, I really like the comics.
Is it capeshit? Saddened to hear this. I have little desire for more netflix adaptations, especially by creatives who could be doing something great and original.
>but I did enjoy the idea of Plato's Allegory of the cave being conceptualized
Well, sad thing you live on a world were all other people don't think like you, because we are not moronic
A convict escaping prison is not a "Plato's Allegory of the cave conceptualized", moron
As already said, they got high on their own farts or SHE to be exact

You can already tell by watching Dark that this b***h took more and more control and went from a sort of producer to Leadwriter.
Dark S1 and 2 largely are very consistent and in your face about its facts and happenings.
To the degree that they would ltrl show you 2 faces from 2 times next to one another so EVERYONE would understand who is who.
Also dont forget about the website they made.
Then this chick probably ordered them to write a second dimension and the linear causation from previously doesn't make a lick of sense anymore.
In the Adam timelines the kids die from time travel experiments until they finally make it work and take the plans back to the past.
Eva's trio steals the plans from Adam at the end of his loop and uses them to somehow make a dimension hopping time machine.
Yet in Evas World, the children still die from supposed time travel experiments that have no reason to ever happen and no one is ever shown to be doing them.
Yet they also never need to experiment with dimension hopping, they just can.
All causation that previously kept the loop going broke with the new loop and it makes no sense and all ends up in a reverse grandfather paradox, a.k.a. if you dont save him and let him die you can be born.
I knew it was shit when they introduced Qyburn at the halfway point. Then my beliefs were confirmed every time he opened his mouth to deliver a mustache-twirling villain monologue.
You were emotionally invested in things that never happened to the characters because it was all a dream
Basically the biggest FRICK YOU you can make to any audience
i hate myself for watching it after the very obvious hint at simulation in the first ep when everything "froze", why cant we just have a scifi show set in the 1800s or at least have time travelers go back there? if from or silo end up like this too i'm gonna lose it.
It coasts off of building intrigue but falls apart at the end because it can't actually deliver on anything.
There, I just reviewed every show from the past decade for you.
It fricked around way too much before going anywhere. Whatever point it was trying to make in all of its episodes feels like it should have been made in one or two episodes instead. A shame, because I'm sure the story would have gone somewhere interesting, but they just decided it wasn't important to sell the audience on it during its first season.
This show fricking sucks so bad holy shit, I’m unironically obsessed, I enter every thread
What the frick was this shit, like a teenager’s idea of throwing twists into a story >and then the one guy STOPS TIME 😮 >and then get this and then >*catches breath* >and then everyone starts JUMPING OFF THE BOAT :0 >and then and then and then >it turns out they’re ON A SPACESHIP THE WHOLE FRICKING TIME?! 😀
This shit makes 0 sense and the last 2 episodes invalidate the first several, their backstories mean nothing their characters mean nothing, I read that they apparently spent mountains of cash on this shit and gave the dark writers basically unimpeded creative control and look what they shat out
There’s a lesson somewhere in there but I struggle to find it, what a moronic fricking story I am honestly delighted that it got cancelled
Starts out as a interesting period mystery with subtle supernatural elements to draw the audience in. 4 episodes later actually it’s all actually a heckin simulation designed by Reddit himself!!!
all the characters speaking different languages didn't help
why would I be invested in every other conversation being characters talking AT each other? like they're spilling their life stories and feelings but you know the other character isn't picking up any of it, what's the point
Arthur Morgan died
I like you mister you got a kind face
cutting off your willy sure sounds silly, but I reckon a fella might as well chup it off if he ain't gonna use it, and I guess a little wig can't do harm neither. heck, men use to wear them all the time back in the old days!
The kind I like to punch!
They made it gay sci-fi instead of keeping it as an interesting fantasy period drama. Also there were too many coloreds.

The new real-time rear projection they used on this and Star Wars looks terrible.
It looks alright, but it has the same problem as CGI in that it doesn't have any grounding for distance or scale so the actors can't act the same as with real locations.
Spilled its beans too quickly

Monster hunting/exorcism.
What the frick is siktc? Maybe some context?

Shitty mystery box series that led nowhere, good riddance
This. It felt like it was written by ten different people who hated each other.
I knew it was shit when they introduced Qyburn at the halfway point. Then my beliefs were confirmed every time he opened his mouth to deliver a mustache-twirling villain monologue.
imagine thinking he was the villain, pleb
the mind frick stuff was good the setting was decent
>What went wrong?
the twist
What did you think the twist was?
>What did you think the twist was?
the main chick is Delores AI without a Wyatt upgrade, and they really are trying to help her.
Pleb
for some reason I thought it'd be Dark 2.0, and Father, the mystery Man and Kid would be once again the same person just from different timelines
You were emotionally invested in things that never happened to the characters because it was all a dream
Basically the biggest FRICK YOU you can make to any audience
They tried to figure out the formula to Dark's success and apply it once more, it failed. Dark was better in each and every way.
Don't mind me, just hacking the thread.

Copypasted all the reddit shit from Dark but without le time travel so sois didn't shit their pants watching the ebin netflix nolan this time
So boring. The passing was far to slow.

They bent to czar Netflix and made half f it about homosexualry and xenophobia instead of focussing on story. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes
Wanted boat kino. Didn't get boat kino.
