Both, sort of. I'm not sure exactly what you're referring to by "curing aging". Are you meaning life extension, or improving the quality of later life?
Improving quality would require tackling cellular atrophy, which seems a bit far out feasibility-wise, but no I have no problem with attempting to do so.
I do think that despite our efforts there might be limits which we will simply be unable to push past, for both quality of life, and it's extent.

The only moral problem is more a vote of caution, We don't know what, for instance pushing the human mind and body to ever higher ages, we don't know what the results for the person will be. Will it be better to live longer, or would it only result in longer stays in care homes.
I think we should always be tying to push our boundaries, every so often we should take a step back and re-examine everything though.
I would imagine there are biological limits. We can try and extend, we can try and slow atrophy down.
Given a long enough timeline, we might figure out was through technology, however, also given a long enough timeline we might evolve further to be able to live longer lives more naturally. We won't see either of those options in our lifetimes though.
