Eh more like 1-4, Archer Vice was pretty awful.
Archer Vice had some great bits, I think people let the early stuff with Pam and Cheryl that's kind of lame distract them from the later stuff which is some of the best in the series.

season 5 was moronic and ruined by Pam's constant "num num" bullshit joke that got old. Way too much of her that season. 6 was way better.
What's baffling is that Lana is basically the exact same thing (ludicrously overcompetent Strong Black Woman) but has an actual personality and her ego is deflated when she screws up

Her only real insult I can think of is just being a giant of a women, her relationships with some of the male cast and never being the "best" spy ever, as sans her with Malory over any of the other better agencies.

Zara's biggest flaws are... she believes in astrology and likes to gamble? She pulls anime tier "all according to keikaku" out of her ass, she's well liked by everyone (except Archer) as soon as she appears, and only seem to exist to remind Archer he's not on top of the game
which is even more moronic when you consider they just spent a whole season having him weak and crippled struggling to keep up with his duties after a coma, and even then he miserably fails half the shit he's involved with by default

Archer would had been great if if it was "No one lives forever" the TV show, but then it became "Sealab 2021 for widows of the cancelled show"
I can’t find a source but I heard they didn’t think 14 would be their last season so they apparently had a 3 season arc planned for Zara. Even in the series finale we got you can see traces of a next season setup, like with Krieger.

Cause I thought that black woman standing next to Archer in OP's post was just way off model or something. So dunno, maybe she's a frickup too but I ain't bothering to go find out.
She's Indian, I think the issue is she's jammed into the dynamic so poorly after years of it being a specific crew. They try to slowly introduce her foibles rather than drop it all on you at once. So she seems perfect because the entire joke was she plays on Archer's insecurities and then they make it so shes a superstitious gambling attic with a poverty complex but it's obviously too late.
It might've been cute to have her be the only person genuinely interested in Kreiger's bullshit rather than keeping him at arms length like they had in the mission split episode.
It's funny I was wondering "What would a cross over with these two be like", the two Rallys really don't even register as the same character.
