The second one is. It does the most with the concept, keeps the woke bullshit to a minimum, and really explores the Purge and its impact on people's lives. It definitely has the most/best world building and is the peak of the series.

The fourth is literally a propaganda commercial for white genocide. The entire story revolves around Black folk trying to survive the purge by killing white law enforcement.
