Aside from the space colonization part at the end, this power is the perfect balance of fun/enjoyment (because of how it would make you live on cheat codes and give you so much freedom) and extreme power without going into omnipotence territory, which would be more of a burden than a blessing.
Just by living long enough to develop the right technology, you can give yourself all sorts of other superpowers too.
The only weakness is being killed before you can realize it and rewind yourself to safety (like being sniped, killed in your sleep, etc), but that's only until you can make disposable drones to lead your life for you while you're in complete safety hidden somewhere.
