No. First off they really werent bullied despite claims they were. The guys had serious issues in the brains and were socially isolated. TONS of people get bullied especially in their younger years. None of the guns cane from their parents. The carbine and shotguns were bought by Harris's GF and the tec 9 purchased from a co-worker who along with the original owner were charged with supplying a pistol to a minor.
The police response is the real joke. Multiple jurisdictions showed up armed to the teeth but all were too scared to go in long after both guys had killed themselves.

The assumption was that the people behind these attacks have a goal beyond just killing as many people as possible. Therefore rather than have beat cops charge in like John McClain you have them hold back and wait for the SWAT team and negotiators turn up and figure out what's actually going on. Turns for a lot of people the ultimate goal is attention via killing a lot of people with no intention of ever surrendering.
And again, I suggest we need more analysis into the core problem, fixing those issues, and also more and better training for police.
