The ending of Cinderella 3 is a different story though, while Tremaine managed to relatively get away with everything in the first movie, by the end of the third one, she's comitted multiple crimes against the crown in plain sight, and Cinderella might be the forgiving type, but the King is a completely different story, and since the Fariy Godmother didn't fix the timeline, everyone remembers what she did, so if she's any smart, they'll probably go into hiding to avoid the King's wrath.
The cruelest thing she could do is live her life happily and leave Tremaine to seethe about it
