They are novel and sometimes amusing, but I hate what they will inevitably become in the hands of corporations.
The thing is the current appeal of this AI spongebob is the fact that people can suggest topics and then find it amusing when the characters talk about memes or sex or drugs or conspiracy theories etc. which is mostly stuff corporations don't want to be presenting themselves especially for kid's media like spongebob. If say Nickeloden took down this stream and set up their own to make money, it wouldn't be successful because naturally they'd censor what the characters can say to the point there is literally no appeal in it.
It's essentially if big companies tried to "profit" by producing their own youtube poops with the logic that they can reuse content they've already made, remixing it into something new that people find entertaining thereby saving a lot of money. But these corporations are never going to produce the kind of content people came to watch youtube poops for, only individual creators can do that.

Sex and drugs are pushed in EVERYTHING, and once you conflate conspiracies with comedy, its much easier to get people to ignore them.

Or when Squidward talks about the Tiananmen Square Massacre after shouting about 2006 Honda Civics repetitively while Mr Krabs struggles with his Ketamine addiction. You have no capacity for critical thinking. Obviously this iteration isn't something they can monetize, but eventually they will water it down and clean it up and make it a tool for marketing.
This iteration is literally the only reason people like this shit. It's lolrandom humor. Same reason people like youtube poops. Youtube poops were never "watered down and cleaned up into a tool for marketing". There's an actual novelty about randomised crude and edgy conversations between beloved children's cartoon characters, there isn't for a cleaned up generic genuine endless paint by numbers spongebob episode.
