My favorite has always been and always will be the episode where the town drunkenly re-enacts the Civil War and the South wins and then they re-enact the Civil War all the way to the White House and almost force Clinton to let the South secede from the Union.

Fish Sticks.
For me, it’s the perfect mix of everything I like about South Park:
- Kids being kids.
- Town taking a stupid thing too seriously and turning it into a national issue.
- Celebrity roasting based on reality but also so exaggerated and cartoony that they’d have to be a really dense motherfricker to not find it funny.
- Despite the dumb subject, it’s still executed surprisingly well (the Kanye song at the end actually sounds like a Kanye song)
