Based tastes, wish show on left side was not awfully written but my god is it well animated. Her and Loona are the only reasons I stick with the show.

Its baby-tier subversive media for self-proclaimed 'outcastes'. "What if bad thing was good?" "What if the authority is bad and the people who fought against it had a point?" But they also get to indulge in the hot topic aesthetic and do naughty things 'because they are demons' and that makes them feel like they are more mature than cartoons for kids.

Bingo my dude, I do like the aesthetic because it is fun but the larping rebels don't understand what it means to be a rebel.

The ideal mix would be a hell portrayed where the higher level demons are all former-angels who all drank the ideological koolaid and are very genuine about their anti-god, Paradise Lost shtick... but the rank and file demons they have recruited to work for them are just gibbering moron chaos dorks/sociopathic humans recruited from the ranks of the dead. So the higher tier stronger demons have pathos and take this all seriously, but everyone else is just an evil dipshit.

Modern indie creators are obsessed with D&D and anything that sticks it to right-wing christian groups. They think they're edgy and non-conformist by doing what everyone else in their circle does.

me being a sheep enjoying things I like and not affected by someone's opinion of said things affecting my enjoyment is more of a true act of rebellion then being a no fun contrarian.

Japan. Tons of Japanese animated media has demons and angels in them. People who grew up watching anime are now drawing demons.
    This is my best guess.

    Coincidence

Viv is an edgelord in a Tumblr sort of way
Speedo was making a parody of retro anime tropes. He also made a fair bit of demongirl smut well before this
No idea what the 3rd is, but I'd imagine it's more of Viv's pretend edge

3rd is Lucia from Satina, hasn’t really been much because according to rumors the creator got scammed on the rights of some shit. Basic plot from what I remember is that some human dude somehow had sex with a devil and had a kid, the kid is somewhere around six years old and so acts like it, and so a bumbling dad has to deal with his demon daughter’s antics with occasional visits from her devil mom. Think most of what the creator does now is memes with the characters.
