      BASED + BLESSED

Somehow did the "First movie was pretty good, followed by irredeemable shit" run worse than Brosnan did.

TWINE, DAD and TND are all good (DAD is disappointing for sure) but nowhere near the evil subversive garbage this guy made.

Way too long of a movie, it just drags and drags. World is Not Enough is the one that needs to be vindicated. That is just a fun watch

The only Bond that died. HWich isn't exactly reat.
But for serious, people will only remember Casino and Skyfall

he's also the first Bond who's movie was a box office failure and lost the studio money. if the new Bond is even DECENT, Craig will be memoryholed and labeled the worst Bond by a long shot. no one likes him like with Pierce or Sean or (now) Timothy, he has no fanbase.

It's easy: he is a movie star. It doesn't matter that he's an obvious homosexual, ugly and unattractive by all standards, has horrible posture and body in terms of build, he's in magazine covers so he's hot. Same thing with Timothee Chalamet or whatever the frick is hot these days among mindless females.

He was actually in better shape than any Bond up until and including NTTD at which point he was older than most of them.
I know "old good new bad" but I can't lie to myself and pretend he wasn't a step in the right direction in terms of fitness.

Had no identity of his own because he mindlessly followed le gritty realism of the 2000's

now we'll get a Bond that's just mindless reddit/pozzed ''action comedy''' of the 2020's with the guy from Kickasas

moronic take. The only reason anyone liked or disliked his Bond IS because he had an identity of his own.

        Anonymous

He had no identity. He was just Jason Bourne but British and then they course corrected and tried to make him like Pierce Brosnan because the ultra realism was getting old and he doesn't have charisma to crack quips and be suave like PB so he had no identity. His movies and era are a schizophrenic mess.

First Bond to make the movies not fun and try to get you to care about drama or some shit. Franchise ruined

also you have to watch all his movies to make sense, ruining why the series was popular for 50 years. you can watch any of them and not worry about the plot or continuity. he ruined everything good about Bond. there will not be a Bond 26. IT'S OVER.

He had 15 years as bond and somehow had no good games. That is fricking crazy I mean the guy literally went through 3 generations of consoles. You could have played him on the PS3 up to the PS5 if they didn't obliterate all development of Bond games after 007 Legends. God damn his run is like the deathknell for Bond in a cultural sense. How can anyone possibly think of Bond now when his latest onscreen appearance is some blonde Russian looking mofo getting blown up and killed?

Casino Royale was excellent. It's funny you post Dalton because he was pretty vocal about Daniel Craig being his favorite Bond while being somewhat critical of past Bonds.

2 of Connery's films notwithstanding, this era of Bond made the most at the box office.

I like the Craig movies until they start shoe horning goofy blacks in there. The first one what Skyfall or whatever at least had a kinky haired mulatto but then the blacks kept getting more and more Congo to the point where even adding Ana de Armas couldn't keep me interested.
