Rumor has it Peter will team up with Daredevil to take down Mayor Kingpin, who hires several superpowered mercs to take them both down, including Scorpion.
Black suit in Spider-Man 4 since he's going to be at his lowest point. Since the PS4 game did really well I can easily see them using Mr Negative as the main villain. Also at the very least a tease for Miles. My best guess is that he'll either work with Jeff or possibly be retconned that he lives in the same apartment building as them in Brooklyn. MJ will come back but will act as a giant blue ball for Peter.
Outside of MCU stuff, when Kraven and Madam Web bomb all future plans of Sony verse sinister six will be scrapped and Marvel can start using shit like Black cat and Rhino in the MCU.
Thing is, would peter even get rid of the symbiote? Eddie got it under control somewhat being a hero and that’s without being worn by spider-man . Maybe the symbiote sacrifices itself to save peter somehow.

Tom Holland declared to take one year off of acting possibly because he just broke up with Zendaya. Secondly, that writers strike that happened probably halted the production of Spider-Man 4 somehow, just guessing someone correct me if I'm wrong. Thirdly Tom has said he doesn't want to keep working on Spider-Man films for his entire life he's said he doesn't want to be in his 30's making these films and he's almost there.
And plus, Miles Morales is becoming more popular because of Spider-Verse. If Tom Holland really wants to bail out I'm sure they can work a deal to adapt an MCU Miles. Or even Spider-Woman.

Well by personal experience when the Spider-Verse skins were released in Fortnite I saw a lot of Miles Spider-Man skins being used more than 2099 Miguel seems like more people like Miles but I could be wrong.

I don't know man I think the point of that is you can't fight your battles alone. This applies IRL not just comic book movies. You always need help. When it comes to school and work sometimes you need resources AKA friends and connections get you to climb the ladder to become successful
First movie: gets mentored by Stark in the beginning and ends up defeating the Vulture with his crappy homemade suit
Second movie: gets recruited by NotFury and ends up defeating Mysterio by fully unlocking his spider-sense
Third movie: promptly defeats Strange after he fumbles his spell, learns the meaning of responsibility and joins forces with his interdimensional counterparts to defeat a host of powerful villains
