Pic you posted. People will jerk off to Mark Hammill, and he's certainly the most fun Joker, but BtAS/Arkham, while great, don't really do any insightful exploration of his character that isn't fairly simplistic when you actually think about it. Pic rel you posted isn't necessarily profound either, but was a pioneer in comics when it came to putting actual fricking effort into the writing. Killing joke is fun, but not as amazing as people say. It has interesting themes (going against one bad day as a concept), but Alan Moore's writing should be the standard, not high praise.
Rest of the jokers are just fun, which is fine, but not gonna think about them often. Lego is a fun favorite.
All live action jokers were a mistake. Except jack Nicholson.
yes, that's the joke
The mass murdering psychopath takes issue with another mass murdering psychopath on the grounds of patriotism is, in fact, funny regardless of your attempts to paint it as though its a serious character trait
>it's okay to murder thousands of people so long as you're not antisemitic
No. Pardon the reddit spacing, but I want to make this easy to follow
Anarchists will tolerate socialism if it's not authoritarian in form. Like what you're thinking of, Nationalist Socialism.
Anarchists wouldn't like that or Communism either (at least Leninism and Stalinism) because that's authoritarian (ironically it is quite nationalistic too -fricking flag shaggers).
Leninists dislike anarchists because Lenin did (posers Leninists like it though).
And funny point, a lot of Communists are anti semitic as well. It's a funny old world.
So Joker might be an anarchist who tolerates socialism, but would not like communist socialism or nationalist socialism. He's very anti authoritarian. And still a c**t. Which is part of the joke, as you say.

>Joker >reason
That pic is unironically characteristic of him. Nazis obsess over strictness and structure and he wants to screw around on his own terms. They wouldn't get along.
>that comic he was pregnant
Why do non-comic readers post on here? Idiots who think Woker was an actual thing deserve to be thanos snapped. Back end nonsensical gags causing pearl clutching is the most frustrating proof that batman fans don't actually fricking read comics. Makes me so fricking mad, man.
I wouldn't call it necessarily the best joker, but Alan Tudyk did a DAMN fine job on that so-so Harley Quinn show. I wasn't sold on his voice at first but god damn did he ever make it his own. Plus he also voiced Clayface, the man has serious talent. Everything else about the show is up to personal preference, I'm just talking about his performance as The Joker.
I think my favorite part of his whole arc over the show was when he was trying to be a good suburban dad despite being The Joker, the bit with him trying to bribe that PTA mom was extremely well performed on his part
I just like it when he's still legitimately funny as he does his shenanigans, and not this new-ass shit where he's called the Joker and just shoots people with actual guns. Same as how I miss when Batman did more than just punch shit and pull alien tech out of his ass regularly, going toe-to-toe with Superman-tier villains.
Mark Hamill though, I like his laugh the best out of all the Jokers, but his voice is otherwise hit and miss, leaning a little more towards hit.
IMO, the Joker SHOULD be funny as he does his shit, there should be some aspect of comedy in everything he does, or he just comes across as "Villain #4390287" and not his own thing.
Have him unironically slap someone with a regular non-acid cream pie during a robbery in which several guards are shot.
Do a bomb threat and have the "bomb" explode with confetti nine times out of ten.
"Poison" government officials' security guards with a dose of a chemical that gives them comically bad gas, leaving the government building temporarily without guards.
Have him threaten to blow up all of Gotham with a stolen nuke, and the only way to stop it is if Batman wears a funny clown nose and a rainbow Batman suit when he arrives to stop him (and the Joker actually DOES stop the nuke when Batman shows up, it's not a lie.)
The director totally had the wrong idea with pushing the Mexican drug cartel thing rather than anything in the actual comics. That said, Leto shouldn't have listened to him. Even Nicholson fought for a dark green hair color because it was more accurate to the drawings.

I always saw Joker to be more of a Libertarian
Anarchists are socialists.

>worst version of the Joker?
Either Leto or that comic where he was pregnant.
>that comic he was pregnant

It was a bad comic and you should feel bad.
>defending a garbage comic
>Unironically using an MCU reference in a violent rage
>pretending he's above anyone while reading capeshit comics
Kys
Morrison and Snyder wrote the worst versions
Morrison's split tongue Bowie Joker pissed me off so much.
Not a big fan of stapled on face Joker either.
Worst is probably the Rasta guy from The Batman cartoon.
Nah he was great
I can't put a finger on it but Young Justice's Joker just seems off even in the revival

WHERE'S MUH GODDAMN CAR, BRUCE!
I think my favorite part of his whole arc over the show was when he was trying to be a good suburban dad despite being The Joker, the bit with him trying to bribe that PTA mom was extremely well performed on his part
The best: the one on the animated film the mask of the phantasm
The worst one: Jared Leto, not really difficult pick

>all live action jokers bad
Except for Cesar Romero's. He was fun.
What's the point if it's not funny?
Funny to who?
I was rewatching TDK and Ledger Joker is actually pretty funny, like in the mob scene.
Jingle bells. Batman smells. Robin laid an egg. The batmobile lost a wheel, because the Joker got away.
Well, maybe not the best, but the most underrated. He was both threatening and funny.
People might say it's just Jack Nicholson in clown makeup, but he was great!
Both in the crimeboss Joker and the theatrical Joker way
Absolute honest thoughts on Leto Joker, Cinemaphile?
The director totally had the wrong idea with pushing the Mexican drug cartel thing rather than anything in the actual comics. That said, Leto shouldn't have listened to him. Even Nicholson fought for a dark green hair color because it was more accurate to the drawings.
Just one. MOM'S GONNA FREAK.
Worst version was "AIIIIE I'M GOOOO CURAZAYYY FOR THE LASSO OF TRUTH AHYUCK!"
The worst
Lego Joker is great though
He's just the gay for Batman bullshit turned up to 11
>Worst
Injustice Joker. Fricking hate that story.
>Best
Mask of the Phantasm
Best - Version I like.
Worst - Version you like. Also, this is a picture of you.
