Toronto is a cheap knock off of an American city that's 10 years behind. Infrastructure can't support the population growth and the rampant corruption ensures that all infrastructure projects get delayed or cancelled or endlessly drawn out to steal money from the tax payer. The people of Toronto are so starved for entertainment they'll literally buy into any hype their sold and they'll pay any price for it. So much so that Toronto has a reputation for being a sucker's paradise. You'll pay among the highest prices in the world for every service because only moronic suckers live in Toronto. The majority of immigrants in the city come from places that are barely out of the stone age and when they move to Toronto they behave like they've never left. These people will be the majority of the population within the next 20 years. Toronto was decent in the 90s but it's quickly becoming a hell hole.
