What's your casting ideas?
For me, I'd say:
Penis Gupta as Reed Richards
Minge Bellhop as Sue Storm
Lactic Stripcord as Johnny Storm
Fibrosis Peterson as The Thing
and
Nip Henson as Dr. Doom

>Aiden Gillen as The Human Torch
Fricking kino.
I can unironically see Diceman playing Thing. He’s just too old now.
Jason Biggs as The Thing fits better here.
If I douse will he die?
>Idris Elba as Mister Fantastic
>Hunter Schafer as Invisible Woman
>Warwick Davis as The Thing
>Ellen Page as The Human Torch
>Aiden Gillen as Doctor Doom
the only ones i have are Brian Bloom as The Thing and Sam Witwer as Doctor Doom. I picked people that are decently known in live-action but are more experienced in voice acting.
also i guess I'd go with Cillian Murphy for Reed Richards, i thought his Oppenheimer performance could work as Reed, though i could see a case being made for him as Doom.
I don’t what it is, but something about the fantastic four seems so lame.
I love the FF and they're my favorite Marvel property, but I can't deny they are dated. The reason they haven't adapted quite well to modern audiences is that the sensibilities that made the FF popular in the 60's are long gone. The nuclear family has long been set aside as a pillar of society, and the scientific optimism and sense of wonder of the unknown that defines the team have been replaced with a general skepticism and distrust of progress and scientific innovation. Plus, they don't have the social relevancy of the X-Men or the sheer spectacle of the Avengers, so it's easy to see why they don't hold a general appeal.
I guess for me as a fan I prefer it that way since they are not a priority for studios and editorials to inject with modrn bullshit.
I used to read comics from 1988 to 1996, and I never met anyone who collected FF. X-Men were at the height of their popularity back then, they were even bigger than the Avengers or Spider-Man comics.
Yep, the FF have only been financially big in the 60's. Not to say they hadn't had good runs since then, but they've always been outselled by other titles.
>but something about the fantastic four seems so lame.
they are the prototypes for the modern Marvel Universe, and are stuck in the midpoint between corny DC characters and sleeker Marvel characters
It’s because Mr Fantastic isn’t as he could be. Hes the leader so it all starts with him. He’s a super genius and has elastic powers which can result in a lot of creative ways to fight but Marvel doesn’t do anything with him. He’s a beta cuck
>Unlike anything you've seen before
We've seen obnoxious know-it-all snarky negresses in movies before, Hollywood.
I haven't, and never will.
I would put money on you being unable to watch the upcoming Fantastic Four movie then, in order to keep that pledge.
But I WANT it to be like what i've seen before. Specifically like the comics. Why would I want to see a Fantadtic Four that WASN'T like what i want?
Alden Ehrenreich as Mr. Fantastic
Anya Taylor Joy as Sue
Robbie Amell as the Torch
Bill Burr as the Thing
Sam Witwer as DOOM
>Sam Witwer as DOOM
based Sam Witwer as Doom bro. he'd honestly be perfect. well known enough but not to the point where i think he'd not wear the mask. his Darth Maul voice i think would have that gravitas for Doom.
ALL BLACK SINGLE MOMS
Hot
ALL BABIES ITS BABY FANTASTIC 4
why do they keep making FF movies?
sometimes I use Fantastic Four movies as an allegory for Communism.
They already made blonde Sue a latina with Jessica Alba. They need to step it ip to full black. Black thing is easy since it’s a cgi casting. Richards might actually be white. Scary thought. Hopefully latino. The human torch will be asian.
What we haven’t seen them do so far is completely raceswap all characters and I’m so excited for it.
Doom will be white of course because he’s evil.
>This capeshit will be unlike all the other capeshit you've seen twenty times before!
>Unlike anything you've seen before
So how many are going to be black? Two? Thre?
>All these people thinking Doom will be a guy
>they don't remember the 23752 times that Marvel has made a sympathetic masked villain into a woman for a "surprise" twist
lel
No one gives a frick about The Fantastic Four, why do they think this shitty IP require so many attempts at live action??
Matt best hope the cast is three white people and a israelite if he wants anyone who cares about the comics to come see it.
Bold of you to think they've given one single frick about 'anyone who cares about the comics' since Victoria Alonso strongarmed out the old Marvel Creative Committee in 2015.
Remember, the MCU isn't run by comic fanboys anymore, it's run by activists and grifters.
They will absolutely tackle gender in family roles and subvert traditional family values, won't they.
3 nogs, 1 hispanic "white". two genderbends (the only male is thing who is really dumb and emasculated)
Giancarlo Esposito as Doom
Pedro Pascal as Reed
Schaub as Mr Fantastic
>Unlike anything you've seen before
Typical marketing blabber. It'll he the exact same shit as every other mcu movie only pozzed. Sue will be the lead and the guys (except for the israelite) will be race swapped, I bet they'll even make Johnny gay or bi because why wouldn't they?
