You have to know which ones to pop. You shouldn't struggle to pop them. Also there are tools that you should use that helps the pus come out and not force it deeper

Lmao just don't have terrible skin. I used acne cream once as a teen but it didn't help so I didn't use it again. On the downside I sweat a lot.
I have tons of acne scars all over my shoulders and upper back from when I picked at my zits in middle school. Thankfully the hair covers most of it
