XMas specials because specials suck ass
all the heartstring pulling ones at the end of the series. It just didn't work for me.

Trying too hard. More accurate to say half the humor is "what if thing but future!", 1/3rd references, and the rest are either puns or physical comedy.
should note that the first two often blend together and ironically can date itself a lot. The lucy liu napster episode really comes to mind. They really like showing actors or movie franchises that are mostly irrelevant or forgotten now and it gets even worse as the show goes on and they start bringing up things that are new irl but all of a sudden pop up in the future show.
yeah last time I watched a Futurama episode it felt more like a meme compilation on YouTube, just with a threadbare plot.
Pretty much any episode that involves singing. Futurama has some of the worst fricking songs.
The Hell one was good
Every single one that tries to have a story with some kind of message or sappy love/sadness. The dog episode is so fricking reddit.
Best episodes are generally ones that feel more star trek-y where they go into the unknown. Show generally shrunk in scale as they focused more and more on the work/city aspect.
So much this. The show had limitless potential with the futuristic and space-faring aspect, and they did frick all with it.
Go back and watch Futurama season 1, episode 2, when they visit the moon. The show was set up to explore the stars, and then they backed out for meme humor.

Its ok. Fry actually came back that very day and he and Seymore lived a rich, full life together.

I am just sad that they wanted to make her dreams hectic, frantic,.. so the line delivery does not have space to breath, to feel the weight.
that one with bender turning into a car was just bad

The Amazon woman one.
The timeskipping one.
The dog one.
It's not unwatchable but the episode where the kids start a rival delivery business is the only one that springs to mind as weak.
I think A plot is fine but the pregnant Bender B plot is dumb as frick and brings down the episode.
