It's more likely than waifubots at any rate. First versions are going to require VR though, hologram tech is still way more primitive than people realize.

I would say 5-10 years for convincing VR waifus, then another 5-10 for AR/Hologram waifus. Then another 5-10 for full dive VR waifus. Affordable robo-waifus are going to the final iteration in the pipeline and quite frankly by the time they become viable biological designer waifus will probably be feasible as well.

10-20 years for the AI side, though probably longer to be affordable and visually indistinguishable from a real person

Yea but they're much more primitive and limited than the shit in movies.

Most """holograms""" aren't actually holograms at all, they are light projections on translucent media to give the illusion of a 3 dimensional object while being only 2 dimensional. Most examples of holograms you see in theme parks and tech demos and shit are just really elaborate Pepper's Ghost tricks (projecting light onto glass). True holograms, in the sense of 3 dimensional object of light, don't exist outside of some highly specialized examples in research laboratories and the extent of their capabilities is really primitive.

Real sci-fi holograms aren't even on the table at this point, and certainly they won't be commercially available for a long time even when/if someone works how to make them work on scale with commercial applications.

VR and AR at least already exist, full dive VR is in the earliest stages of being worked on in a commercial sense, and even robotics exist even if they are prohibitively expensive, heavy, and poor at replicating natural movement. Holograms aren't even on the horizon.

we're pretty close, there's already AI waifu services with still photorealistic imagery or fluid 2D/3D animation. That will improve greatly over the next 10 years (and if you have an RTX 4090 you probably already have the compute for it). AI voices are almost already there. Today's AR glasses and headsets can already simulate her walking around the house. invisible hologram emitters installed around the house are still a while away, especially in the consoomer space. But I think lightweight AR headsets will become as prolific as airpods before holograms take-off, and by that point holograms become more and more unnecessary.

When the good part of the world goes broke then woman don't want men on an average anymore, because they want someone self sustainable and things like a home and children.

Then it will be made and you can use it. 100 years they have A,I glasses that read your mind and virtualize what you want through a mobile connection to the internet A.I machines.

It would have to be VR goggles connected through the internet to a machine because the cost and size and energy to physically have it near would be too much. Everything built directly to the internet.

That is a horifically awful and boring fate, the frick. What you want is to have your physical brain existing in this reality plugged in to a virtual universe matrix style.
