The comic-con episode where she was a secret nerd
When she had some semblance of depth pretending to be a boy
I literally came here to reference that exact episode, I remember seeing her in boy clothes and going 'oh shit, she's like a real person with motivations and shame' and I liked her dynamic with Timmy in that episode.
>I remember seeing her in boy clothes and going 'oh shit, she's like a real person with motivations and shame' and I liked her dynamic with Timmy in that episode.
There's absolutely no way you were a child when you first watched that episode.
just imagine how much this plotline would be ruined if it were made today. Even if the episode itself was the same, you couldn't see a single trixie image without a dozen YWNBAW comments
>tomboy plotline
>somehow correlates to "ywnbaw"
this is why we call you homosexuals
Strong Mad voice: "YAAAWN BAAAAAW"
>just imagine how one of the few good things about this show is ruined by CURRENT YEAR
I will never understand anons that think like this.
it wouldn't be ruined by anons pissing on it
it would be ruined because it would already be turned into an ocean of piss by the show runners by making the "girl who likes boy's activities" into a female-to-male self-harming troony.
It was a neat little facet to her character, but watch the same season... Vicky is a pro skater, Francis a master thief... I don't think you're meant to take such character trivia at heart.
It might've been a cool way to shoe-horn her into Crimson Chin episodes, but those were already pretty immaculate on their own.
now the only depth she has is how deep she can take a wiener
I would think she could handle a 9” bbc/bwc
Tragic
I hate how they never did anything with her after that.
>dude dykes lmao
That comic is boring.
Dykes > dicks.
Only a literal homosexual would disagree.
I'll take wiener thank you very much.
Honestly I find the depiction of it refreshing. Sherwood being set in the late 2000s actually makes Trixie being in the closet mean something. Like a lot of modern lesbian stories kinda suck because over all society has become fairly accepting of them so a story that goes "Wow isn't it special that this girl is a lesbian, she's so unique and brave" is just annoying. Like a decade or two ago that would be an actual struggle for a person but now it's about as brave as someone starting a life long hobby or job.
It's boring.
The problem is that in a comic about every character from your childhood going to summer camp, fighting monsters, and having orgies the lesbian subplot really slows down the pacing.
If the comic had just been the cast from FoP at camp then I guess the lesbian reveal could work, especially if Trixie came out to Timmantha/Timmy as she/he would have a major incentive to oppose Trixie being a lesbian. But due to the magic and mystery elements it just comes across as dull by comparison.
>The problem is that in a comic about every character from your childhood going to summer camp, fighting monsters, and having orgies the lesbian subplot really slows down the pacing.
I'll admit I think the various cameos worked best when they were, well cameos, but I actually don't have that big of a problem with the pacing, though that could just be cause I only check it every few months on sadpanda
Camp Sherwood wouldn't be so insufferable if it wasn't so fricking slow on the release schedule. The c**t hasn't updated it all year.
It's the opposite for me. I was really invested in the Trixie stuff but the sex ghost shit and like 80% of the porn scenes bored me to tears
I liked the blonde one more as a kid. I guess closeted crazy did it for me
Being a kid is not knowing not to stick your dick in crazy.
This
Dykes lose to wiener
You are a literal homosexual if you actually believe that.
Camp Sherwood was her truly peak.
She was sure coming clean
Yes they did
>Wonder Gal
>the internet episode
>Wishology
Ok, maybe not that last one. They gave her this cool badass looking outfit and she gets Disney-safe killed by the bad guy seconds later. God that pissed me off so much.
I remember they hyped it up like crazy too. Like the nickelodeon website had this thing for the movie where you could design your own hero based off those KISS and Turbo Thunder outfits and Trixie was one of the options. All for it to get wasted and all the screentime given to Brenden Fraser
>trying to disguise as a boy
>wears makeup
That is molded on to her.
Pretty sure that's why she kept the hat down at first.
Throwing on a hat and clothes just so she can dash in and out of a store would take a minute or two at most; removing makeup wouldn't be anywhere near as fast.
She'd be hard to recognize if her eyes looked that different.
Early on. She had a few interesting moments in the gender swap, internet, and school president episodes, but after that she started to become kind of grating as they dragged on the shipping will they/wont they to oblivion. They should've given her the Ruth treatment but kept her around as a character they could develop and rope into Timmy's adventures, but for some reason Hartman thought the "Trixie forgets Timmy's name joke" needed to be repeated into oblivion.
I cant be the only one who was more interested in Veronica and Trixie's "friendship" with each other than the shipping shit right? Trixie walked all over her friend harder than any other character in the series.
Same with Tootie and Vicky's sibling rivalry that borders on domestic abuse, it was more satisfying to see Tootie get revenge in Channel Chasers than some cliche kissing moment with Timmy.
These characters all seemed deeper than I remember, but the lack of direction for the show (understandable, its episodic, but still... Mark fricking Chang got an arc) and if this show was airing now I don't think modern audiences would've tolerated how badly they got blueballed. Even Povenmire knows better these days.
I always thought they would've had Trixie at some point get betrayed and outcasted by Veronica and join the "nerds", but instead they did this with Danny Phantom and shittily with no set up might I add.
Recently I found out Scott Fellows use to work on Fairly odd parents, before he left to do Ned's declassified school survival guide. Maybe the stuff you like was from him and not Butch Hartman.
Scott Fellows only wrote one season 2 episode, Cosmo Con. A lot of his episodes actually involved around shipping (notably, Kung Timmy, Love Struck, Snow Bound, Just the Two of Us, Love at First Height, The Masked Magician, Beach Bummed, Dread N Breakfast, Wishology, and the first FoP live action movie) and I would say that a fair few of them are responsible for both memorable and painfully flanderizing moments.
>Snow Bound
Nice
This episode established my hatred for status quo.
I get that it'd throw the show off balance by having Timmy ans Vicky not hate each other anymore, I was more upset that it was a complete reset button with nothing coming out of their experiences.
Cosmo is voice by the guy who played the janitor
unrelated but its so strange how the chick from this show is now some weird foot prostitute online now
Yeah, I've been watching the podcast. Apparently she had a rough patch of alcohol and drugs.
Part of being sober is she takes better care of herself.
Damn, she looks fricking awful
>but for some reason Hartman thought the "Trixie forgets Timmy's name joke" needed to be repeated into oblivion.
The sad thing is "A Wish Too Far" and "The Boy Who Would Be Queen" actually used that as a sense of progression, from Trixie ALMOST remembering his name at the end of the former to actually remembering it at the end of the latter. All the pieces were on the table, and Hartman just decided to shove the whole puzzle into the trash.
If this came out now, Chad and Tad would probably be gay.
>chad
>gay
They weren't?
Secret nerd who's trapped in popularity.
rare messy head Trixie
She pulls off a mean tomboy
>boobs
but she's a e-girl
Your point being?
DFC
she was never a character, none of them were.
Peaks my dick
Trixie really does have an extremely appealing design. I think the reason she endures to this day is that she's just pleasant to look at. The colors, the arrangement, the proportions. It's simple but it's very nice to the eye.
Much like our other eternal waifus, really. A good design is their consistent feature.
Agreed. Sucks ass though that most of the porn of her is either deviant art garbage, e-girl shit or both. I find better SFW art of her.
Trixie!
she doesn't look like that
>"Because, anonymous voice from nobody, you won for comedy, and everybody knows that comedy is the lowest form of entertainment, next to animation"
Her personality sucks
I can fix her
In other words, she needs correction?
Yee
Also excuse me using Vicky
>Anon is too stupid to identify when when the writters of a comedic cartoon make a self-deprecating joke
We’ll sure it’s an obvious wink nudge but in universe she’s still being a twat, which is what he was talking about
Stupid yourself
nah she's a typical Cinemaphilemrade
most likely has begged for a comic/cartoon board split and resents marvel capeshit for ruining her hobby
I wonder what Trixie would have done for that comic? A quick handy in the bathroom perhaps? It's special edition after all
Camp Sherwood
Sometimes she could be funny.
Also it pisses me off she never appeared in the episode after that
Camp Sherwood and you all know it's true
cute.
When she became a reverse trap no doubt. I wish they played more with her relationship with Veronica.
Honestly I want to draw her with massive breasts too.
Who's stopping you?
early bloomer who explodes in fifth gradw
I don’t think this person understands anything about height, proportions, or human development in general.
But enough about Butch Hartman.
And the FOP style.
If you delete the second inage, shift to the other two to 15 yrs and 20 yrs while making the height jump up five or six inches between ages, it'd be much more reasonable.
to be fair, timmy is 10 y/o and barely reaches his parents waist.
average 10 y/o is 135-140cm or so google tells me, you do the math
Kids in FOP are incredibly short, you dumbass.
Timmy's just short along with his friends for comedy purposes. Trixie and her friends are actually much more accurately sized for their age relative to adults.
She really did peak at 10 years old.
