Like they didn't try to establish a fricking Jarvis movie just because RDJ made Iron Man massively popular. The truth is none of these side characters are fleshed out enough to carry their own movie successfully and especially not when their main claim to fame is completely absent since Disney is somehow the smarter company in the room for not wanting to taint their flagship's brand.

I do too. It’s a good spin on an “evil” or “anti” Spider-Man with the more aggressive eyes and the web pattern making it look more alien and otherworldly. The lack of a chest spider is a good choice too, the suit gives off the idea of Spider-Man but with enough differences to let people know it’s someone else with their own agenda
