It's a magical action show with Golden Age style animation. The music, sound effects, voice acting all sound good too. The plot gets really complicated and has time shenanigans while not tying loose ends very well.
Ugly show full of weird designs inspired by old shit like Betty Boop and picrel mixed haphazardly, with moronic excuse plot. It's about a group of heroes who are also bodysnatchers, which is a source of drama but also not that important in the end. Plot is nonsensical, it's mostly Twilightesque love triangle melodrama plus whatever shit Genndy thought was cool at the moment lazily slapped together. The twists are lame, and the first season ends like Star vs. with little to no hope of continuation.
Fright Krewe is a cool new cartoon, even specifically for the spooky month. It's kinda like Captain Planet but with Voodoo ghosts giving their powers to kids to stop a demon.
Bluey's season 3 was pretty nice Yes I know, not all of it was released in 2023
Lackadaisy's pilot and concept was nice, except for some minor inconveniences be it animation and/or cast choosing
Netflix will probably frick up Scott Pilgrim but you never know (The animation looks like a video game) Scott Pilgrim vs The Animation was better
Invincible will also release season 2. Only seen a couple of clips from season one, some of it looked good but nothing really clicked
Fionna and Cake (spinoff) was a 6.5/10 at best. The ending was shit but most of it was good, except the gay romance, the whole "hurr durr depression", Simon practically being useless for most of the show, and some other stuff I can't recall atm
That's about it from what I've seen. Only two of these really clicked with me. I'll have to see what Scott Pilgrim has to offer
reboots don't count btw
Sequels and spin off too*
Why not?
Cartoons too*
Unicorn Wars was pretty good, to my memory
"I gave them to Ted"
There aren't any. Sad, isn't it.
"we... We gave the rights to Disney"
RIIIIIIIINNNNNNNG
"Hi, you've reached the Cinemaphile board, please leave a message"- biiip
It goes full circle
>decide to look up recent cartoons
>99% of everything is a reboot, spinoff, or adaptation.
Idk guys, cartoons seem pretty good to me lol
Good lord, web animation is fricking dead
Pantheon S2 is releasing in a few days on Amazon.
Oh shit, I almost forgot about that. And I live in Aus too.
The only good answer
I liked picrel
>Made by furry gays who are a noxious influence on the community
Why stake any hopes there
That's where all the best cartoons are
In my head
These shows are coming out soon or getting a new season. Maybe some of them will be good.
>pantheon
pretty sure that got cancelled
Nope
>from producers of castlevania
Is Ray Man next on their hit list?
It comes in about 19 hours.
21 hours, I mean. Lost two fingers.
Unironically enjoying Krapopolis. Wouldn't say it's good though.
Dan Harmon is a hack.
He only wrote 1 of the 4 episodes so far so who gives a shit.
>Wouldn't say it's good
Then shut up. Simple as that.
No frick you homosexual.
Unicorn Warriors Eternal was great
Invincible Season 2 is coming out soon
>Unicorn Warriors Eternal was great
That's a lie.
It can't be that bad. Give me the rundown.

already sounds better than most modern slop

Man, Cinemaphile standards continue to slide into the gutter.
Stop posting this pic. You are veering into avatargay territory.
Don't tell me what to do, c**t.
The animation was great but the story suffered. /I didn't even finish the first season and I am a HUGE Gennedy fan.
All the good stuff is brushed off for being "woke"
Cartoons are for children.

What the frick is that cast. I couldn't be less interested in those designs. How are you interested in this?
Scavengers Reign looks interesting to me, anon.
