Female friend of mine I knew sometime back said a Deadpool cosplayer attempted to grab her around her waist trying to be “funny”, I had one follow me around and try to hit me with an inflatable hammer one year, as well until I told him to frick off.
I can't exactly stake for sure where real and fake fans fall but imo those guys aren't even fans they're just assclowns who saw "goofy con deadpool" stuff and thought they should hop on the bandwagon with little sense of character or consideration.
I'm also a bisexual guy who loves man. Loki's main thirstbase afaik it's born from early days Sherlock/Doctor Who tumblr where a British accent is worth as much as lingerie and a heavy set of balls. That and the usual I Can Fix Him type. Bucky though, plenty hot. Not sure what you aren't seeing there. He's got a pretty face, can pull off a scruffy look, he's in good shape with a nice ass. Sadly for the MCU Bucky just feels like an eternal side character to me. Even if they made him the new Cap I don't see that feeling changing. I might prefer the winter soldier.

That's apt, Sonic fans are implacable when it comes to their slavish devotion to the character and his titles, even for the ones they know full well are shit. Spider-Man fans are the "gotta have my Batman" fans for Marvel.
More than who would want him as Captain America. Falcon has a distinct identity and aesthetic, him mantling the Captain America title just feels off to some people, even for the fans he does have.
