As far as people still alive: Benedict Campbell, pic related, who sounds like he hasn't aged a day. Tim Curry, Jim Cummings, Charlie Adler, and Long John Baldry, who all helped develop my adoration for hammy antagonists in childhood. Rob Paulsen is all over the place, but he has decent range when he's allowed to show it. Seth MacFarlane has absolutely ridiculous range. Scott McNeil (mighty is he!) is essentially another Mel Blanc. Dana Snyder's always fun, and seems like a genuinely nice guy. Keith David is Keith David. I'm sure there's others I'm forgetting.
Billy West and Jeff Bennett are funny when they yell, and H Jon Benjamin isn't my favorite because he's too recognizable but he's also funniest when he yells. Patrick Warburton screaming as Joe Swanson is the funniest shit even though he's also too recognizable to be a favorite
