Mr. Boss and Pim. Charlie was right to be a bit miffed for being sent out to chop down a tree not only on Christmas Eve (when the office tree would basically be next to moot) but five minutes before closing. There wasn't anything else going on that day and they could have spent the work day getting it. Even then Charlie wasn't particularly pissy. He just wanted to get it over with which was fair.
Pim was also wrong about Charlie never helping. On some episodes he actually did more work than Pim like the Shrimp episode.
Their boss for waiting 'til the laspossible minute before sending them on an errand.
Why are you guys ganging up on the boss? Dude was just trying to bring a little holiday cheer into the office is all

Charlie was wrong in assuming that Shrimp's relationship was a lost cause and though there is a chance there was some truth to that, that's all that it was, a chance. We'll never truly know if the relationship could have been salvaged so Pim had the right idea in seeing if there was any way for the two to reconcile.
Also, effort doesn't mean much when all he ended up doing was causing Shrimp more pain on top of his breakup. Charlie belittled his interests, nearly got him injured at the gym, burned him to a crisp with a tanning booth, and then went full-on blackpill at him at the bar.
It was a good episode and I liked how realistic the argument was. When you're worried someone isn't in the Christmas spirit you don't bug them about it, you offer to listen and show empathy, and Pim didn't do that.
Pim for trying to guilt Charlie into being positive when he didn't need to be, as well as whining that his mood brought down others. Toxic positivity is a thing.
None of them are smiling
Mr. Boss for sending them to get a tree for the office ten minutes before end of day Christmas eve.
Why are you guys ganging up on the boss? Dude was just trying to bring a little holiday cheer into the office is all

Charlie is just a guy, he's not a matchmaker, he tried helping Shrimp with what knowledge he had and it backfired because it's a COMEDY.
Their boss for waiting 'til the laspossible minute before sending them on an errand.
Charlie for sure, Pim was right to try and make the best of a shitty situation.
>Make the best of a shitty situation
>Escalates it to make it shittier for everyone
5's of Truth
>Quinted quints
The numbers don't lie and neither does anon.
Charlie is always a pissy b***h

It’s gonna be exciting when Smiling Friends comes back with new episodes. I think Adult Swim understands they have a new hit in their hands
Zach is back in Oneyplays so season 2 should be almost done.

This.
You never post evidence.
