Dr. Phil is airing their dirty laundry to the world, especially when the basis of the story is accusatory i.e molestation cases. They turn serious issues into a clown show for ratings. The people are exploited and there is a fine line between the typical guest on his show and a bum. You can call it classist, but the classes are clear, taxpayer vs bum, middle-class vs dreg.
