Benson, Skips, After that it’s in the air if it’s muscle man or High five ghost, pops is basically there because of family but at least he looks out for the other workers. Than depending on the season it could be ether Rigby or Mordecai but by the end of the show Rigby was the better employee. Also Thomas doesn’t count because he’s an intern.

Skips easily. Benson seems like a fine manager though and Muscle Man seems to work hard for him. What he needs is four Muscle Men.

He's annoying. Zero balance as a character.

he became a much better dude as the series progressed
          and Mordecai got worse, weirdly

            >and Mordecai got worse, weirdly
It's his fault. Everyone was confronted with changes they had to make in their lives and Mordecai decided to stick in his own little world, fixating on people like Margaret when she had barely half the interest he had in her. The wedding was pretty much the last straw.

It still stuns me how much restraint Muscle Man had. I really expected him to punch Mordecai's lights out.

It'd be worse if he Will Smith'd him at his own wedding. Better to knock Mordecai out when he gets back from his honeymoon after letting him stew in his shame and regret for a few weeks.

Sure, but it is Muscle Man we're talking about. He blew up over smaller stuff. I guess even he deems it too much to fight in a wedding.

    skips by a huge margin
    followed by benson

pops mostly just seems to do light work, but no one really has any issue with him due to how loveable he is
muscle man and high fives are actually good workers with a lot of the hardest jobs, but its obvious that their antics do not endear them

mordo and rigs are at the bottom and with good reason
they tend to be given the most menial jobs and its 50/50 if they can even finish them without destroying the park
and they live in the park house itself, meaning they are actively costing them power, water, and board that could have gone to a better worker
its all but stated, and yelled so hard it forms a sonic beam in one ep, that benson keeps them around because he thinks he can straighten the out and instill discipline

Pops, to me, was the parks unofficial mascot

pops was the son of the parks owner, so it was clear that he helped out because he wanted to and not because he had to
and he would have ended up running the park, so his main duty was probably just to get to know the employees and know who does what, any actual work he does is just a bonus

at least until it turned out he was actually the chosen one destined to fight anti-pops

It's weird that Rigby is the character not present in the student films yet he underwent the most real growth as a character - maybe for that very reason, Josh might not have had as firm an image of him? It's a cool move for the self-insert to be capable of acting as a nominal antagonist too. He's probably a real cool guy. I wish Close Enough hadn't gotten screwed up for him.
